Poor service from staff. However situation of hotel is super convenient for motorway.
Rooms are nice but not sure they are worth the money. Only thing I could notice that was different from a premier Inn was fresh milk and water which u had to get yourself.
Also it was very noisy with lots of functions going on at the same time.

We loved this place. It was beautiful and relaxing. The gym, spa and gardens were where we spent must all the time as they are just perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Would recommend, Had the dinner and Breakfast very good value. Loved the milk in the corridor. Beds were very high and this was an accessible room.

Lovley couple of nights stay food is expensive so we went out locally pool is a bit chilly to start but soon got use to it overall lovley couple of nights bed is lovley

Based in the heart of Kettering town but yet quiet comes with classy yet warm surroundings. Extremely loved my stay here. Remember was during Covid-19 and was posted to a local hospital around but the chef ensured i had warm dinner every after my LD at work. Excellent staff.

We had our wedding dinner in one of their private rooms in this lovely hotel. It was a surprise that they elegantly decorated the room even without us telling them to do so. Spa facilities are great, my husband and I enjoyed the pool so much. Gonna come back here for a dinner next month to mark our first month as husband and wife🥰🥰🥰 oh! and the ladies at the reception and all the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful!

We visited this beautiful hotel at the weekend and what a wonderful time we had. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite as we were celebrating our 1 year anniversary and the room was extremely spacious with a lounge and separate bedroom. We used the spa which was great, we do love a spa and have visited a few and so this is an honest review in comparison to others! The steam room, sauna and hot tub were as expected and we enjoyed them! The pool was a little on the chilly side, not so much if you want to use it to swim laps, you'll soon warm up! And nice and refreshing after using the sauna etc but if you want to have a gentle swim then it is a little chilly for our liking! That didn't take away from the experience though. There are a few beds and seating in the area but would be nice to have a few more comfy seats when it's busy. That said, it didn't take long for us to be able to move from a bench to a comfier seat and it was never really too busy. A nice bonus that you can also order food and drinks in the spa.
We spent some time in the bar which was a nice atmosphere and we ate in the restaurant in the evening. The food was lovely and again a nice atmosphere. The breakfast was fantastic, nothing on a buffet and all served to the table so this was a nice touch. It seemed busy but extremely efficient at breakfast.
The hotel itself is beautiful, yes it's on a business park but you are immersed in a completely different environment the minute you step inside! There is an area out the back with gardens and seating, lovely to sit out and have a drink in the sunshine. All in all we had a fantastic stay and will most definitely return!
