I've literally just returned home from a night's stay as it was my wedding anniversary.
The hospitality at this place is second to none , staff are super professional, friendly, they literally can't do enough for you.
Bar staff are amazing , treat you like royalty.
I have to give a special shout out and thank you to Grace whom I've been in contact with since September organising the nights stay for me and my wife . Grace has gone above and beyond in making sure our stay was spot on . She is an asset to Kettering Spa Hotel and the hospitality industry in general . Also a thank you to Grace's mum who works at reception who again made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and made sure everything was in order for the duration of our stay .
Hotel itself is lovely, clean quiet and cosy , perfect place for an occasion like a wedding anniversary or birthday .
Highly recommend to anyone , and i will certainly be returning in the near future .

Had an overnight stay with my best friend in December 2023. The spa was lovely, breakfast was the best brekkie we’ve ever had! Room was clean and comfy. Will return!

We would just like to say big thank you for organising such a wonderful stay for us over New year’s eve, we loved everything about our stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. A Beautiful hotel and seasonal décor. Our room was lovely and quiet, the spa was excellent, the Gala dinner dance was a great night, such fun and a great DJ. Everything throughout, was very well managed and organised. All staff in the hotel very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely consider returning back at some point and maybe even next new year again! Would highly recommend this hotel

Stayed for 2 nights and we were really impressed with this hotel. It is well maintained and equipped with very friendly and attentive staff. The food was excellent and we had a lovely stay.

Our room which was a signature room the shower was’nt very hot , there was a broken skirting board and the bed was so uncomfortable we’ve both got sore backs this morning . We also had no TV it wasn’t working in our room .
The Spa situation wasn’t good it was full of members and we had paid for an early checkin to be able to use the spa when it was jammed pack the whole time . When we did get to use the jacuzzi it was cold and complaints were made . The steam room didn’t have much steam and was really dirty and not clean . This was hardly a spa hotel break .
The only good thing was the breakfast we had this morning and staff were polite . But this was for a birthday treat and really wasn’t what we was expecting from the advertised deal on your site. This wasn’t a relaxing spa hotel at all . We were very disappointed .

I stayed here with my husband and we had a wonderful stay. We loved the spa and the breakfast. Bedroom was very comfy and Laura on the desk was very helpful and lovely. Looked a nice place to get married also. Would highly recommend.

A lovely hotel for our first anniversary with lovely little touches in the room and around the hotel. The dinner and breakfast were both amazing and I'm a proper food snob.

Stayed here for one night and the service was brilliant. The room was immaculate, very spacious, lovely showers, and had everything we needed e.g iron, hair dryer. All staff were incredibly kind and made our experience even better. Gowns and slippers were provided for the spa, which was very enjoyable. Could not fault at all, definitely recommend & will be returning :)

Our stay here was lovely, we came for our anniversary and although the staff were not aware they were incredibly kind, attentive and enthusiastic. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfy bed, the spa was very nice to although I didn't get to try any treatments. The food was also amazing, we have one evening meal, an afternoon tea and two breakfasts and wasn't disappointed at any point.

Following our visit and feedback I received an email from the GM offering us an apology and an explanation to the issue. He also offered us either refund or another opportunity for us to experience the package again, as guests of himself, which we happily accepted.
I'm happy to say the room heating issue had been resolved and we enjoyed a wonderful return visit.

I was really disappointed with our most recent visit. It was an overnight anniversary treat with my wife and we were looking forward to a cosy night away. For all the positives the park hotel has to offer. If the bedrooms and corridors have no heating, then unfortunately, in December that is an issue. Wearing a coat and hoodie to enjoy an in room drink is not what I envisaged The housekeeper was very understanding and provided an extra quilt and a small fan heater. This didn't help in the bathroom, so skipped the morning shower.
I'm really disappointed that a hotel of this didn't advise us of this issue beforehand. Yes we may have made alternative plans, but at least we could return when the problem is sorted. For 5he money I spent, it has left me feeling very deflated and means my previous positive review is left redundant 😟

Conveniently located just off the A14 The Kettering park is a High quality hotel, with friendly helpful staff. Rooms are very well furnished, with large comfortable beds and quality bedding. There was a desk sofa and fridge and the Air conditioning works very well keeping the room cool on warm days. Nice restaurant with a good variety of food available. Room service menu is reasonably extensive and the food is delicious.

Warm and welcoming service from all staff. The hotel has a lovely spa, with plenty of space to relax both inside and outside. The property has a lovely garden with a fab Garden bar outside for al fresco drinks and/or food. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. My spa treatment was fantastic, would highly recommend booking in. The bedrooms could be a little more cheerful (pop of colour would be great) but very comfortable and well appointed, with luxury products in the bathrooms, fluffy bathrobes, slippers, pretty china teapots with cups and saucers, a coffee machine and fresh milk and chilled water available on all corridors!

Stayed to really use the pool and spa facilities. They were lovely. No complaints. Breakfast was also delicious, the staff were kind and the room was comfortable. Would come again!
