My wife stayed here with her friend for a belated birthday treat. They had a package deal which included meals, treatments and use of the spa.
The room was spacious and clean, the staff were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and plenty of it.
Harry deserves a special mention for going above and beyond helping her with her wing mirror after a slight accident involving a pillar in the local shopping car park!

I stayed at this hotel for four nights. It was my second time staying and my experience was a pleasant as the first.
The room was clean and well furnished.
I had an issue with hairs on the duvet and bed sheet that weren’t mine but after addressing this, it was rectified.
The added fridge amenity definitely served it’s purpose.
The bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. A personal preference for improvement would be adding a handheld shower head.
There was ample wardrobe space and an ironing board and iron was provided too, which was great.
One difference from my last visit 5 years ago was how they provide milk and water - through a refillable jar which is very eco-friendly.
Breakfast is a bit on the pricey side for what is provided however it is delicious. I had the room service breakfast option and the dine in option - both were good experiences however, with the room service option we received cold toast which I couldn’t eat.
There is ample free parking space at the hotel and although the car park was always packed during my stay, I never not had parking.
A visitor - the hotel cat - decided to climb through our window which left us all screaming in shock. So I suggest not leaving your windows open if you don’t like cats.
Overall, a lovely experience and would definitely recommend staying here.

Recently stayed at this hotel and was really looking forward to what I thought was going to be a luxury spa break. I had seen the reviews online and the website so was really looking forward to relaxing here.
Sadly this was not the case - when we got to the spa, there was about 20 children in the pool and spa area...running around, screaming, jumping into the water etc. It totally ruined the beginning of the stay and made it very hard to relax.
We did have a lovely spa treatment and the spa was much better after children are no longer allowed at 6pm, which gave us a couple of hours to relax before dinner.
The dinner itself and the service was good, as were the rooms. However again the next morning before check out it was choatic and noisy in the spa area, with 9 children running around this time.
Overall, this hotel has good food, service and rooms but the spa felt more like a children's play area which unfortunately let the place down. We sadly won't return due to this and would not recommend this hotel to any couples/friends looking for a relaxing stay.

A nice stay in a very handily located hotel. The room (225) is a bit dated, but was clean. The temperature control for the air conditioning in the room would not work, it had to be adjusted by reception (who were exceptionally good). Service at dinner on Friday was good and so was the food. At breakfast on both days the food was good but the service was slow, our breakfast took 2 hours... The Spa was exceptionally busy on the Saturday afternoon, leaving us nowhere to sit - whilst the facilities are good and we could use the pool it was very busy. Massages were fantastic in the Spa

Had a lovely few hours using the spa facilities at the park hotel today. Lovely friendly staff, lovely and clean and really relaxing, well done. Went to have something to eat in the bar which was included with in the price and again food lovely bar lady was lovely (didn't get her name). Well the only down side was when the manager came out to help there was no "is everything OK or is there anything i can get you". He just took plates away and kept looking at us which made me very uncomfortable. Not a good end to a lovely day.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding, lovely hotel, warm clean rooms, the robes and slippers a good touch, fresh water and milk (Jugs in the mini fridge) available from the dispenser in the corridors to keep in the mini fridge for use when needed, nice to have proper milk for a cup of tea, breakfast was delicious, table service with a full and varied menu, the meal with the wedding was the best we have had at a wedding, slow cooked beef fantastic, and the weddig itself was very well organised, the spa was clean and warm they give you towels to use so no need to take room towels, overall a great stay and will definitely be back for a leisure trip.

Just taken a Sunday getaway here with my young adult daughter. What a lovely hotel and spa. ALL the staff were super friendly and helpful, on arrival the receptionist explaining clearly were things were and opening hours and use of the spa facilities. The staff in the spa were very polite and professional and the treatments exceeded my expectations. I was so relaxed during my facial that I fell asleep. I liked that the spa wasn't too big, so it felt more intimate rather than a production line. The pool , jacuzzi and steam room were clean and comfortable with a nice balmy atmosphere. Plenty of showers and lockers in changing room, along with hair dryers, shower gel, and additional unexpected extras. A nice bonus to the overall experience. I felt welcome and relaxed and will most certainly return .

The room was clean and comfortable, with a spa robe and slippers waiting on the bed. Plenty of soft towels in the bathroom. The tea and coffee facilities were good, offering a selection of tea bags, and I really like that this hotel are trying to cut down on plastic waste by having a mini milk churn for guests to fill from a milk station on each floor, along with a carafe to get filtered drinking water. What a great idea!
