Stayed here for a works conference. Had a really good evening meal and the room was amazing. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool and spa but it looked great.

Stayed here for a wedding. Staff all extremely helpful and friendly. It is situated just off A14 which means you do get some traffic noise but it didn't bother us at all. The spa looked lovely, just a shame I forgot my costume!

Food and drink was excellent and the venue its self was ideal. Poppy especially was wonderful and a real credit to the business, made us feel entirely at ease and nothing was a problem. Thank you Poppy from all of us , you are a Star !

Fantastic hotel. Very friendly reception staff every time we go. You can relax as soon as soon as you arrive. Excellent spacious rooms, great food, great spa. Especially love Christmas here with the grandchildren. Can't wait to go back.

The hotel is lovely, clean and functional.. the spa is small and intimate.. food was great there.. overall a wonderful stay. However the only gripe i have is children in the spa. I know its set times for them but for me personally and yes i am a mother myself, found the children noisy.. A spa is supposed for me is a relaxing treat, not a children’s splash pool.. they was not just in the main pool but in the spa pool as well.. we could not relax in the loungers as all we could hear was screaming..

There is nothing 4 star about this hotel! Amazing staff and superb facilities make this a place I would thoroughly recommend. Good food too - they obviously look after their staff and that came across in the level of detail and caring shown by all. I will be back!

Use the pool been having a revamp last few weeks so not been as good as normal . Pool however has been fine just changing rooms
