Lovely family run wildlife park, with a great selection of animals to keep the family excited. They host a great bunch of monthly events, from dinosaurs to African drumming.
Most recent was the African drumming presented by One Drum, a fantastic group of musicians from Ghana.
My two nieces absolutely loved it and they love the park, they always get so excited when we go back.
A real treat 😀 for all the family!!

A lot of it was closed with no prior warning!
It was a pretty cool day as in not hot and there was literally no animals to be seen. As well as i manly went to go see the snow leopard's and these were all closed due to encloser updates. It doesn't flow very well you go back and forth on yourself.

Although not the zoos fault literally non of the animals were in eye sight. Alot of encloses were empty and the main attraction parts were closed off for improvements which could of been highlighted when booking the tickets. The lady serving drinks in the cafe was a little rude and everything is card only.... on the bright side the actualy zoo staff were lovely and friendly. It's a very clean and tidy zoo the dinosaur area was brilliant.

We had a great day out, the dinosaurs were a real hit with our son, true to scale and ferocious. The wildlife park has a good array of animals with some that you can get a closer look at. The majority of the park is accessible to those with disabilities, as have viewing galleries up high, at lower levels and ramps to enter the looks. Good areas for picnics and food bought through stalls.

We had a great day out. Staff friendly (particularly Shona who spent loads of time talking to my children about red pandas and answering all their questions) animals seemed happy with plenty of space. Park is clean and well maintained and despite being quiet as not summer holidays yet we could have did with longer than a day as we couldn’t do it all and missed out the splash area and rushed round some bits. We initially booked for world of dinosaurs which is very well done but enjoyed our whole day although i did find the £2 charge per person for the dino train a bit much as theres 5 of us and i had already spent over £100 on tickets but you could avoid that it you didn’t want to pay as you don’t see anything additional to the walk through part. The only “disappointment” for my kids is that they couldn’t meet the brothers (they have been watching one, zoo, three) we stay in Scotland so unlikely to be back but if we are ever down that way again we would go back.
