Enjoyed our day. The dinosaurs are brilliant. The adventure play areas for the children are very good. Enjoyed the bird displays.

Difficult to buy food and drink. Very few options for the number of people in the busy Easter holidays.

Had such a brilliant day! Didn't think there would be enough to do but there was plenty. The dino fossil hunt and dinosaur zone was brilliant, my dinosaur mad son loved it! The dino train is a very short ride and should really be included in the price, but is an extra Β£2 each. Lots of animals to see and new enclosures being built so will be even more soon. Park areas are great, food isn't too badly priced either and was tasty. Very clean, didn't see any rubbish at all, gift shops were great - wouldn't hesitate to go back! Parking is also free and isn't a massive hike away. Would love to go back when the water play area is also open.

The park was great it's just a shame people dont stop there kids banging on the glass and trying to feed the animals even tho it's clearly signed not to do such things.

What a fantastic time we had. For my Xmas present I was given a feed the big cats experience and tbh I got nothing like I was expecting. Instead of getting an old non interested keeper who didn't care and feeding half a mile away from the animals, I got a fantastic and knowledgeable keeper called Ian and hand fed the tiger. He offered to take a pic of us in front of the tiger and clearly loved his job and loved the cats. Added to this the fantastic staff that spoke to us when we arrived at the centre and the enthusiastic and happy keeper called Simon who spoke to us before our keeper arrived, it really set the tone for the whole visit. All staff we encountered was lovely and while the zoo may not be huge their love and knowledge of the animals was massive. If you want to visit a zoo that's child friendly and with well looked after animals then this is def the place to visit. I can't wait to visit again and see the new pantha exhibit open and the fact I can use my blue light card is def a bonus.

This is really for the kids but even I enjoyed the way it was set out. The only thing I found was that on the day of the visit because of upgrading certain parts of the complex, parts of it was shut and also some of the animals either decided to go and have their siesta or went shy and hid in their nest boxes. However for a day out with the kids this is a must. I will admit I am a Speedway fan and I went their to visit the museum that is in the complex and for nostalgia it was well worth it. That in itself was brilliant and spent quite a bit of time talking to Mike a volunteer about the good days when I used to support West Ham Speedway back in the 60's. A definite must for Speedway fanatics.

My son took part in the Junior Zookeeping experience and what an experience it was!! We didn't know what to expect but it was truly amazing and worth the money. For starters you essentially receiving a one to one tour of the areas with all of the zookeeper knowledge, plus the actual experiences. These vary from day to day depending on which animals need feeding. For us today my son had to 'muck out' the wallabies, then he created an enrichment activity for the camels, handled some exotic animals and finally fed the meerkats. The zookeepers were clearly passionate and love passing on their knowledge, all done in a very child- friendly way. We will be booking again!

The whole place is lovely amazing for dinosaur fans. But having a child who has serve ADHD we found the dinosaur area very loud and he couldn't cope with the loudness which was a shame. The resturant opersit the stage was ok but food arrived cold after a 25 minute wait and when we asked someone for highchair she told us she dident know.

An extremely well run park worth the visit. This park IS all about the animals welfare with great care taken to replicate the animals natural surroundings. The dedication this family show to animal conservation is commendable and should be recognised. Thank you for such a great experience I shall be telling everyone about this place

The part itself was great, plenty to see, the dinosaur attraction is fantastic to. But the food left lots to be desired. 25 pound to get a chicken burger which arrived raw and I had to take it back for another which also came out raw, and a stone cold hamburger, not best pleased. But still enjoyed the rest of what paradise offered.
