Animals looked happy and alert, keepers were busy cleaning the lion enclosure and Happy to answer our questions about the animals!

The dinosaur exhibition was worth the entrance fee alone (difficult to see ho much there is without) however it is a colder season so don't expect many animals to wonder about, there one or two new openings propping up soon so this was a welcome drive outer London for a different experience, enough play spots for kids to keep themselves entertained and eating places too.

A fantastic place for families with young children. The dinosaurs are by far the best bit , especially for any Dino lover kids. Several nice play areas for younger children . The zoo part is nice and clean and the animals are well kept. I'd say its a "mini zoo". If you don't have children it's not worth the price you pay . But for families with children it's a lovely place .
The train ride is £2 each , under 2s free.
You can park your pushchair up at it whilst you ride on. Some great opportunities to take photos throughout the park. The staff were all really nice and polite , I chatted with a few of them whilst we were there .
Free parking which is a bonus !

Perfect for the kids! Us adults thought it was great too.... We did the evening event, had a great atmosphere as soon as we got through the entrance, lots of entertainment, bongo drums, bubbles, baby dinosaurs..... We done the dinosaur walk through first whilst it was still light and thought it was absolutely fantastic so we decided to go back through again once it was dark, honestly thought it would be better in the dark with the coloured lights, we were actually really underwhelmed as only certain parts seemed to be lit really well and other parts you could hardly see....... Overall it is a lovely day or evening out and I'd definitely go back

Really liked the new layout of the park, not been for a long time and it really has changed, especially liked the pond area at the entrance and also the large fish tank added in front of tiger enclosure 🙂 would definitely visit again!

We've been going here for years and each time there seems to be something new. It's a great day out for all the family with a variety of activities. It's going through some huge renovations at the moment, so few less big cats to see than usual.

Went with Husband and mother in law. We had a lovely time looking and taking photos of the animals. The only let down was the meals we had at the safari Diner. The food was LUKEWARM, the buns that the chicken burgers were in were huge and and burgers weren't. And that were only fizzy drinks for cold drinks. NO STILL DRINKS except canned water. And all the fizzy drinks were canned toO. I would have liked a drink I can finish while walking around the park that I can put a lid on.

So much better than I expected! Dinosaurs that move, lions you can see up close, big clear walking paths for buggies and wheelchairs. Definitely worth the money, though I would go more often if it were cheaper.

A lovely park, all around a nice place to visit. It’s aimed towards families with younger children, but works well for all ages.
There are lots of indoor and outdoor play areas, there is also play equipment that is disability friendly that you just don’t see enough of.

The staff all seemed really friendly and knowledgable. We did the junior zoo keeper experience and our lovely guide (hanc) was just wonderful. She was bubbly, friendly and seemed really genuine when talking to us. She was wonderful with my sister who is autistic. I would revisit just because of this.

The animals all looked well cared for, with lovely enclosures. There is a lot of glass, so you never feel like you are pushing people to get a view into the spaces. But the animals also have enough private space to use.

I plan to come back with other siblings :)

It’s good to bear in mind that this site is totally cash less!

Enjoyed the day spent here, definitely geared towards kids rather than adults. My partner's 2 year old niece had a great time!

Had lunch in the bamboo kitchen which was pricey but tasted good.

Not too busy considering it was a Saturday and plenty of fun things to do around the park.

Brilliant place for a day out. As well as a zoo with lions, tigers, lemurs, meerkat, red pandas and many more there is an animatronic dinosaur section. Food was reasonably priced

We had an amazing time and will definitely be returning. There's lots there to do!
Restaurant is a little expensive for the portion sizes and quite a limited menu so would probably take a picnic next time
