A must visit. Very interesting.
Great venue and exhibition
I visited on a wet day and it was nice to go somewhere interesting to learn more about the local area and dry out a little. I was encouraged to check in using the Serco Track & Trace app. The museum is...
Good Covid measures in place and a friendly welcome. No need to book as an individual. Free entry and a fascinating pared down insight to Hertford. The DANAD exhibition which is on until January 2021 is...
Small but the most interesting place in the town.
Great example of a small local museum. Just the sort of place to have a little wander around. Recommended
Lovely helpful staff, very welcoming. Interesting exhibits well displayed with good local information.
Small little museum of the Hertford area, Fee entry but donations are welcome. I think you should oay a visit even just for the little garden
Nice little shop, clean and a great overall experience.
The people. The staff who answered my questions as I tried to learn more about the Hertford and early Brickendonbury that my great great grandparents lived in prior to emigrating to NZ in 1856 couldn't...
I came here with my son and it had so much to look at and so interesting . Highly recommended it as it kept my son occupied . Its free which is a bonus. Lady on reception was so friendly and helpful!!
I love this museum. It's got a little shop and quite a lot of artifacts from Britain and the rest of the world. There's a hands on children's area to keep little ones busy. My daughter likes to go there...
Incredible service by a lovely staff at the museum who are friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about their job. Thanks to Holly and Sara for their help.
Nice friendly small local museum.
Go in. It's full of interesting treasures. Well run and friendly
It is free to enter with a recommended donation of £2. It has some weird and wonderful bits however does not really offer a history of Hertford as I was expecting - so a let down.
great day out
Great day out for adults and children.
Interesting local museum
Small but interesting!
Great little gem, especially when they have their micro beer festival!
Was there for an hour and a half, superb place. Our 6yr old was fascinated and could have spent even longer there if we'd had more time.
Very interesting lot's to see. Stuff you may not think of. .
Nice place to visit
