BrillInt park, lovely and clean, all the attractions had enough space to see, missed seeing the tigers as their space was being reconstructed. There are plenty more attractions coming also. The lagoon area was great way to cool down after the day in the park little one loved it. Dino meet and great is great also, although the timing for it is very quick.

I have been to many zoos especially when the kids were younger. Paradise was unique in that you got closer to the animals. I have never been a foot away to a tapir or zebra. The emus, camels have been so far to the point that you lose the wonderment. Not at Paradise. You could see all their features and mannerisms it was great.
The zoo itself is the closest I have been only 90 mins away. Totally understand why you need to book online in advance as it can get very busy.
Although we got there later than we wanted. There are talks and shows throughout the day.
It meant a great day that just better
We saw the penguin and tiger talks . The keepers knew there stuff and brought the animals to life. As there knowledge was immense. From their direct involvement with the animals especially the tiger man who had hand reared the Tigers and therefore had a special bond.
There was also an intimate chat with the Tapir keeper who had a container full of food to entice father and daughter to come out of their. He answered all sorts of questions.
There is so much to do for all ages.
Special areas for younger kids, the dinosaur area, woodland which had deer etc. So you could not say you were bored.
There was an array of food outlets catering for all tastes.
The selection of animals was impressive including the red panda, gibbons etc
It was also great that they had special areas to see the animals in such as the Rainforest, Amazon beyond and the outback.
It is a tremendous day and and cannot wait to go again as they are building new areas for Jaguars and the bears.
Will have no hesitation recommending to family and friends.

Great car parking for free , got in very quickly and easily with my E ticket. Wasn’t too busy either but too many people smoking E cigarettes and ignoring signs. My granddaughter asked me 3 times why they were smoking,,,, some staff in food kiosks clearly didn’t want to be at work and made us feel uncomfortable ordering food ,,, after spending £68 to get in the park the first thing she wanted to do was take a look around on a tiny ride on train, that was another £6 for the three of us.

We went here on Thursday for a day out with our Grandson.. over all it was a fantastic day out and would highly recommend a visit. Unfortunately the only thing I will mention is our visit to the gift shop. We purchased a squishy Dinosaur sensory toy for my Grandson who is autistic. The toy lasted about 10 minutes before it started leaking brightly coloured liquid. We tried to return it and were told they were non-refundable. Why sell them if they are not robust enough for children to play with? And is refusing a refund on something not fit for purpose even legal?

I've been going there most years since about 1994 and it never disappoints. Amazing animals, playground, eateries and much more. If you like your exotic wildlife this is the place to go. The improvement work going on is going to make Paradise even better than it was. Become a member and go as often as you like. We did and always renew.

After seeing One zoo Three on cbbc we decided to take the nephew down, it was a lovely day, much cheaper then other Zoos and was easy to get too. Due to covid you must buy your tickets online before you arrive. The park was a little busy but didn’t bother us, there was lots too see and from the work ongoing even more to come. One of my few complains was it was difficult to find info on talks and feeding and there was little shade so be careful on the warmer summer days like when we went. There was the small splash park but it was absolutely heaving with people so we only dipped our feet and moved on!

We chose to visit PWP for a couple of reasons: close to where we live ( within an hour), it's on the list of places to get in free with a Blue Peter badge and our children absolutely love the One Zoo Three programmes on CBBC.

We had an excellent day out at PWP, booking tickets was easy and the information on the website regarding using a Blue Peter badge was excellent too.

We found parking good, lots of spaces then a little walk to get in to the park. Once in the park plenty to do, see and eat.
We took our own food and drink but used one of the many picnic benches to eat at lunchtime.

We watched/listen to the free flying bird talk and the red panda talk which were excellent, the people speaking were clear and knowledgeable and you could tell they loved their jobs.

You can see the boys are putting a lot of time and money back into the park as a number of enclosures had either just been updated or were in the process of being updated.

The tiger and lion enclosure were outstanding you could see the animals so clearly with plenty of window to look through.

We had the pleasure of meeting Tyler and Aaron in the park on the day of our visit and they were happy to have their photo taken with our girls.

There was only one thing i would say i would have like to see changed but it didn't stop us enjoying our day but would have been nice.

When visiting the animals it wasn't always clear the actual names of the animals; the big cats had plaques on the walls to tell you their name, D.O.B etc but not all animals had this info. This would have been nice to see across the park.

Also at another small Zoo/ animal park i have visited they had plaques on the enclosures with the names of people ( general public not just companies) who had sponsored/adopted the animals which I thought was a nice idea and could be another way for the boys to bring money into the site and help the zoo further.

We will 100% return and watch the zoo grow.

Great day out with the family. Not a lot to see but enough for you to spend the day there and be entertained. There's a wide variety of animals, however just not many of them, but the kids loved it, there is plenty of activities and food/drink places also. I think this place suits younger kids and families mainly. We would happily return, probably bring our own food and drinks with us though. Parking is easy and lots of it which is great too.

We love this place for the dinosaurs. In fact, we came today for the youngest to see the dinosaurs again. They are the best ones around. It’s great to have the splash pool in the warm weather and the animals are good to see. Great park and soft play too.

However, today the number of wasps nearly ruined our day. They were absolutely all over the place and landing on people and food. If you really really don’t like wasps then I wouldn’t recommend you visit at the moment. We’ve visited many many places over the holidays and have not experienced this problem. I would say the zoo, at present, has an issue with wasps.

As a party of 7 we really enjoyed our first experience; beautiful animals, friendly staff, great layout. We were disappointed there wasn’t a snow leopard as expected but the Dino park was great fun and my two sons loved it. I think I need to mention how shocked we were at the amount of wasps flying around and attacking people, it was a huge disappointment to our day, I got stung (I’ve had quite a nasty reaction) and spoke to 4 people throughout the day who had also been stung, I personally wouldn’t return for this reason, I honestly felt like I was forever running around away from them wasted money on food as my children would not sit at any of the benches due to the amount of wasps everywhere. I really hope you sort the wasp problem out as it’s a major let down to the park.
