Amazing day out.
The animals are well.looked after and happy.

Defiantly use a SAT nav as signage isn't the best.

we were 3 adults and a 7 year old girl on 5th May 2025 visiting what we remembered as Paradise Park Zoo! What an amazing revelation! It is a wonderful place to visit. The staff are friendly and informative, the catering staff pleasant and efficient in spite of the vast numbers of people there! The animals are in excellent condiition and the layout is superb! There is something for everyone of any age and we all had a great day out. We will be back.

We have annual passes but I wouldn't pay for a day ticket. The pass works out for living quite closely to nip in for soft play or playground and walk about. Disappointed they expect you to pay for the dino train on top of admission.

Massive improvements from the last time I was there many years ago. However, some disappointment was that the memberships now lost a few benefits such as the train ride and golf etc. Also the queue to enter was taking quite a while as the payment system was being temperamental, so whether you prebooked tickets or not it meant everyone was waiting anyway!

We had a fantastic day out. This place is an elite visit for the whole family.
Parking….. excellent.
Upkeep and appearance…… top notch
Staff….. very friendly and helpful.
Kids activities…… Plenty and well
Spaced out to keep them well entertained and busy.

Nice food, nice cofffee, doughnuts, ice creams, hotdogs, dinosaurs, a train ride, sand play, live entertainment, a lovely wet splash pool with seating, wonderful array of well kept happy animals.
They’ve done a really good job.
Was actively marking excellent bits in my head as we went around.

Particular brilliant thing… noticed by the boring kinda man that I am….. the controlled safety gates to cross the road within the park.

This place is great. We will become members and make many future visits.

Went for a birthday gift of a big cat feed, Claire was knowledgeable, polite and lovely to talk to. Feed a snow leopard, and even went back another day to feed the lion and the tiger also with Claire. All three experiences were amazing.

Great experience of meeting the Meerkat. On initially meeting in the Zoo HQ we had a fabulous greet from Maisie, with a brew and brief chat about the zoo history. Emily was our keeper and was absolutely excellent. She certainly knows her stuff and made us feel very comfortable and safe with the meerkats.
The zoo itself is amazing, really well planned out, engaging and the animals are well cared for in clean and spacious enclosures. We also saw the bird display which was fascinating. All in all a fabulous day. We even got to meet the famous Peter, who was checking on the tiger at the time!

Fantastic day out! Incredibly clean, lots of benches/seating areas. Lovely little park and splash pad. Food was expensive but quite a lot of choice throughout the park. Toilets were everywhere. Thoughtful layout of the zoo itself. Staff were very friendly. Very worth the cost!

Lovely zoo, they have really put some hard work in and some money!
Dinosaurs are the best I have seen and my daughter loved it.

But

It's very expensive and to be charged again to go on the train is not very fair after paying 80+ for three of us to get in.

A really wonderful day out. The mini golf, great play area and a big soft play make it a good one for a season pass. A lot of the enclosures have been recently renovated and look brilliant. It's a lovely place to spend a day

Everything about today was fantastic! As it was a sunny, warm afternoon, we decided to explore somewhere new. 30 min drive was all it took before we found ourselves parking up at the zoo. It was bigger than expected with lots to see! Absolutely loved the "Lions of India" theme scattered around the place. Not many people around on a week day - but we preferred that! Had yummy delights at the Bear Cafe. Saw all the animals, especially the tiger who showed itself near the end. The place is great for families (kiddies especially), and many people brought their own picnic treats to enjoy. Another bonus is the dinosaur section, which houses life-sized dino-bots! Their were informative talks on various animals all day and a bird show exhibit. The only thing I was a little disappointed about was the souvenir shop. With the theme, I was excited to get some posters of the designs or a tote bag, but all they had was a pin and giant magnet. The designs from the "Lions of India" theme, like the lion, bear etc was so beautiful - I would've loved something more from that. Alternatives were made, though! Shout out to Jade, who served us in the shop at the end/beginning - she was super friendly and helped us out! I'm definitely coming back with my professional camera!!

Excellent day out. Children will adore this place.
I was so impressed with the whole experience.
Food was good and reasonable priced but you could take a picnic as there were plenty of picnic areas.
Highly recommend this for disabled as was totally friendly.
Hire of electric, manual wheelchairs available. Also, buggys for children.
So we'll organised .

I knew most places are cashless, but it does not say this on their website. Only about food vendors within the zoo it's self, I believe they need to update their policy on blue light cards with notice to veterans also. With all this was a good day out and a very clean and upto date zoo

New Lions Of India experience is really great. We went on Easter Holidays, and had a really nice time with the family.

I would recommend to visit it near Afternoons as that’s where the Big Cats are mostly active.
