A really fun day out for the family. The animatronic dinosaurs are so realistic with their movements and sounds. Very exciting for young dinosaur lovers! The wild animals are great to see too. The talks by the zoo-keepers are so informative. It's lovely to see the animals being fed. It is also possible for the visitors to feed the animals (if they purchase an experience). The dinosaur train ride is nice, but to get on there is an additional fee. There is ample parking, a fantastic selection of gift shops and brilliant food places too. The soft play and lagoon areas are particularly good for young children. We also visited the speedway museum which was very interesting. Would definitely recommend.

A small zoo suitable for little people, not too big, not too small. The dinosaur park is excellent

Fantastic. Looks better every year. Very cheap entry. 30 something pounds for 2 adults and a child with their discounts.

Visited with my mum and 4 year old son, we had a great day at the park. We wished we had arrived as soon as the park opened as we found 5 hours wasn't long enough!
Would definitely recommend taking a picnic, there are plenty of green areas to sit and eat. The food from the restaurant was OK, not too pricey but found the drinks and snacks quite expensive.
The bird show was really good, the handlers were so knowledgeable. We also watched the lions being fed which was great!
We were a bit upset seeing the cheetah pacing around the enclosure.. Unfortunately there wasn't anyone around at the time to ask whether this was normal behaviour or whether she was bored/unhappy.

Overall we had a really good day, my son was a disappointed he didn't get to spend more time in the dinosaur section, we left that bit to last and ran out of time in the end, but we will definitely be returning soon.

We went with our 3 little children. I have no complaints at all about the park. It is perfectly created with children in mind and it was perfect even if it was pouring with rain in August!
My kids loved the indoor soft play, face painting (which was very expensive) and the outdoor playing areas.
We could have explored more but due to the rain we were limited.

Did the feed a big cat experience that I had bought for my girlfriends birthday and it was absolutely fantastic our guide was really friendly and welcoming and very knowledgeable. We plan on revisiting again I woulve given five stars but the gifts shop was such a let down for such an experience they should've had more ornamental and individualised items rather than just children's toys and teddies. As an add on to the rest of the park the viewing areas where fantastic with see through glass perfect for taking pictures and at different levels being able to view the animals without staring through tiny squares in the bars

Annual member here and love the place, for what it has and offers it has to be a 5 star rating. Sure, it does have things that could improve like the food quality in the restaurant diner but it is as expected. Great place!

Good wildlife park, good for young kids kept our two entertained. Little things grated a bit like having to pay extra for a train ride etc, when you pay £80 (4 people) for the tickets I didn’t expect to have to pay for extras. Staff were friendly but a bit slow. Overall quite a good day out

It's a really good place to take the kids too. It was my first time going to a zoo in the UK and this was very nice to take some cool pics of the animals. It had trails to explore dinosaurs, wild animals and small areas to have picnic. I would come again here with the family. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
