A brilliant day out

Great family day out. Plenty of things for the younger ones to see and do, and also educate them on the animals/creatures that they will see during there visit.<br>There is a jurassic park walkabout section that get the younger ones attention. If the weather is kind you can take a picnic and eat it within the grounds of the zoo. Also plenty of outlets to buy something to eat etc. The animals have some of the best enclosures I have seen in a very long time and seem to be well cared for.<br>It's a shame we have to rely on zoos to protect our wildlife and help keep certain creatures from going extinct, but I have got to say Paradise Wildlife Park are doing a fabulous job.<br>And I'm sure as my grandson grows up we will be definitely visiting again.

Very enjoyable family day out. Lots to do and see their, staff very polite. Attractions all very good. Although it can cost a lot for a large family its throughly worth it

Today i took part in a shadow a keeper experinece and it was amazing. I have visted this zoo for many years and have always loved it. The animal are well cared for and happy. The experiece gave me a real behind the scenes view. The keepers are so passionate and really love what they do. The animals are clearly their number one priorty. During the day I got to clean out enclosures, feed many animals. provide enrichment activities, prepare food and hear about most animals in the zoo. I could not have been made to feel more welcome! The keepers talked passionalty about conservation and about their roles in this. Every keeper was an expert in their area. I loved every minute of my visit and would not hesitate to do it again. Thank you for an unforgettable day!

Fantastic day out, kids loved the dinosaur area and seeing all the animals up close at feeding times was excellent. Also plenty of playgrounds for the kids to burn off some energy. Great fun!

This was a fantastic day out, so much to see and do. The animals were well looked after and the staff were hard working and cheerful. Especially the lady who was talking about the anaconda, who was excellent and answered my five year olds questions. The volunteers were friendly and are doing a great job for conservation. Dinosaur world is good and splash pool to finish the day on a boiling day was excellent.

Great day out and so much to do. The dinosaur area kept my daughter occupied and fascinated for a long time. The new Lion enclosure and lions are fantastic as well, it's just a shame it was so hot and many of the cages appeared to be empty.

My mum and I were lucky enough to do ‘shadow a keeper’ experience today as part of my birthday treat! We were taken from team to team throughout the day, for 7 hours, spending time with such a variety of animals- just us on a private tour! We cleaned the alpaca paddock, fed otters, meerkats, hornbills, owls, lemurs, squirrel monkeys and tapirs, were able to stroke tapirs, camels, meerkats, a tenrec and hedgehog. We held an agama and flew 2 owls. We were given detailed talks about every animal we encountered by the lovely, passionate keepers. We were provided with meal vouchers for breakfast and lunch and offered drinks too. Although it’s expensive, it was such a fabulous experience and the people who work there clearly cared so much about conservation and the animals in their care. We feel very grateful that we could experience so much of a challenging but brilliant day in the life of a zookeeper!

Nice day out. They need to sell jungle energy juice drink to combat fatique and dehydration because of nuff activities and walking, disability access good though.

The park is a good day out for the family! There are many areas for children to play, as well as seating dotted around here and there for everyone!<br><br>The only things I didnt like was the sizing of some enclosures, they seemed too small.<br><br>There arent as many animals as I had expected to see and the ones we did see seemed to be hiding away!<br><br>Many picnic spots available too!<br>Free onsite parking, toilets weren't the best as some weren't flushing but the ones that did were cleaner than expected.
