I was given an estimated arrival time of between 10-2, but the guys arrived just after 10 which was very impressive. The team were very polite and handled my furniture with the utmost care quickly and efficiently. Would definitely highly recommend their services.

I primarily interacted with Richard for my pickup and storage work and he and his team were absolutely amazing. They were helpful in pickup and even more during the return (faced some hiccups during return date selection but all was sorted upon speaking with him!). He helped arrange someone to return our stuff today and it was extremely smooth. The person who came was very helpful and helped carry the boxes to multiple floors! All in all an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this company to others.

We sold and moved out of our property so that we could move abroad and Easy Storage were the perfect solution for us. The men took such great care as they packaged everything into our unit, including some fragile and antique furniture and we were so impressed with the service, and the thought they gave to the best way to fill our unit efficiently. We have a gap of 4-6 weeks between properties due to a holdup on the onward chain. EasyStorage offered a great solution of acting as the storage provider and removals / packing company at a very competitive price point. On the day, Zoltan, Cruz, Josh and Gavin were excellent, they checked in a few days in advance to gauge the size of the job and confirmed a suitable time. We then sat in a local coffee shop whilst the team efficiently packed our belongings into storage units, including dismantling two beds and packing items into boxes.
I looked at several alternative providers and easyStorage were well priced and seemed the most professional to deal with. I would wholly recommend them to anyone looking for a similar service.

What a great experience! They made a last minute plan to collect our stuff when I had mixed up the dates, were at our home within a couple of hours, and everything was loaded up superfast and so efficiently. Steve and Mario were so helpful and pleasant - what a great company to deal with!
