Moving out of university can be stressful, but easyStorage Essex made the whole process so easy. Having my belongings collected directly from my room, safely stored, and then delivered back to me is incredibly convenient and takes away so much of the hassle.
What really stood out was the team themselves, especially Ed! I became very ill during this time, and he was so understanding, flexible, and genuinely kind. He worked with me every step of the way and continues to be incredibly helpful this school year as well.
It’s rare to find a company that combines great service with genuine compassion. I’m really grateful for everything they’ve done, and I’d happily recommend them to any student looking for a reliable, caring, and stress-free storage service!

Great experience and it’s a good option for storage of items, in our case during a house move. Better option than other storage choices for sure! Not sure why you have to pay extra for 24hour access though bearing in mind it’s not manned anyway. Other than that, great service and very easy to use/sign up for.

I have used Ed and the teams at easy storage Essex services at least twice for myself and my partner. A big move and storage ustilised for a period- all items safe and easy to access and. The moves themselves were so smooth considering how stressed we were. Ed and the team were proactive and made it feel stress free. I have even been able to reach out for advice for my family after a bereavement and a difficult time for us all clearing out family homes and relocating items. As always, Ed and the team are kind, responsive and genuinely do anything they can to ensure the least stress possible for the customer. Thank you Ed, Dan, Shoko, Easy storage Essex- LEGENDS!! Highly recommended service, and very reasonable pricing for the hard work they do.

Easy storage is a genuinely innovative idea that takes a lot of the more difficult aspects of storage (i.e. getting stuff there and then getting it back again) off your hands. The people who did both ends were professional, friendly and positive whilst also being quick and efficient. There were a couple of small issues with payments in the bit in between, but the customer service was excellent and things were sorted out with no stress, and I got all my stuff back today in the same condition it was when I last saw it 2 years ago.

Very friendly and efficient crew! Zack, Bradley, Jerry, Mark, and Ronnie had a great system going and despite the three flights of stairs, everything got moved out in only 2 hours (versus the 4 hours it had taken to move in with another moving company), really recommend!

I think it’s a good system although where the container is situated it is quite tight to get a Luton can up to it.

Zach and Bradley were a great help. They accommodated me with an early collection and called twice in advance to keep me informed. They took really good care of my stuff, wrapping my pictures up in blankets and stacking it all securely. They gave me all the information I needed and they were just nice friendly guys. I trust my stuff will be well looked after. Shame they were Arsenal and West Ham fans but nobody’s perfect. Delighted with the service.
