Mehmet, Bradley, Gary, Chris and their other colleagues, were brilliant. Despite facing what seemed like a monumental task and with the largest amount of belongings they may have ever encountered, their professionalism and efficiency shone through. They handled each item with care, ensuring nothing was overlooked, and worked tirelessly to make the process as stress-free as possible.

It was an added bonus to interact with fellow South Africans like Tyrone Werner (ES company director), who was incredibly kind and professional.
The team at ES truly made my move and storage experience seamless. They were always available to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. It was my first time using Easy storage and we used them to collect our items in the property we were selling and stored them for a couple of months and have them delivered to our new property. The entire team was very professional and made us to contact us the day before collecting and delivering to give us some reassurance on how they were going to proceed. I will definitely use this company again for future moves!

This was my first time using a self storage company and I have to say the bar has been set really high. I was enquiring with different companies and “easy storage” was the only one that actually included a pick up and handling with the service. I spoke to Mohammed on the phone who was friendly, informative and very helpful in finding me a slot at such last minute and at such a reasonable price. I received a phone call from the drivers on the day informing me when they were half hour a way, which was very helpful as I was given an estimated time slot of 8am-12pm. There were 3 drivers; Jerry, Lenny & Godfred who gave such exceptional service. I had my entire bedroom to pack and they got straight to work with no hassle, they handled my items with care but also got the job done quickly. They were so friendly and efficient-like really efficient! They got the job done within 10minutes, I thought there was more of them the way they got it done. From the initial phone call, to the service at hand and the after care, Easy Storage has been a very positive experience. It’s a huge relief for me and I saved so much time and effort having the pick up service included. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I had not used a service like this before, and it was refreshing to have courteous, friendly and helpful guys for whom nothing was too much trouble. I was not as organised as I could have been, but they took the strain and the experience was even enjoyable.

Gavin and his team (Darnell, Vermell & Lee) were fantastic. Made my experience totally stress free. I received a call the day before to arrange the arrival time, they were on time, friendly, efficient and got my 1 bed flat cleared in an hour. It is worth knowing that there is a small additional charge for the plastic covers used to protect sofas, mattresses and armchairs (£4.50 - £6.50 depending on the size of the item).

The collection was stress free. I was not able to be present for collection but they came and packed everything. I popped down to the unit in Wembley as I needed to get something and accessing the unit was straightforward and easy.
In the end my stuff was stored for a year and dealing with Sandra in the office was great. She was really helpful.
On delivery the two guys who delivered my items were really lovely and did it all really well.
HOWEVER...I noticed a few days later that the spokes on my mudguards on my bike were damaged and I could not ride my bike till they get fixed. Which on getting a quote is about £70. Apparently the excess for insurance is £100 so basically because the quote was less I am having to pay for damages caused at some point on my bike. I am thoroughly unimpressed with this and it really soured my experience with easy storage. This happenened back in May and I am only puttig up a review now. You need to do better. £70 is almost what I was paying for a months storage I was not happy at all. Do better easy storage.
