It’s so refreshing to speak to someone who actually cares, communicates clearly, and offers real, practical solutions instead of standard scripted replies. The staff have always been the kindest and most helpful people. I first contacted them during an emergency when another company did not show up after a booking and the staff were able to help me with a new booking at such short notice. Even since I have always contacted them to help me move as I am a university student who stores their items for the summer and my stuff has always arrived safely as soon as I get there

At first the people who came to pick up my stuff said I have to cancel because there was no parking area in front. I was in panic because I had to leave the country the next day and had no other alternative. It would've been nice if you checked if parking was available beforehand. Other than that, staff were nice and helped me move my things. Thank you!

I recently used Easy Storage for de-assembly, home collection, storage, and delivery from my old home to my new home, and the service from Ed and Dan was outstanding.
Especially that our completion date went from 2 weeks, to 5 months!!!
Ed is incredibly organised, highly flexible, and runs his business with genuine professionalism. His customer service skills are fantastic, and he treated all my possessions with real respect and care throughout the entire process.
Dan was extremely helpful and made sure to consult with me about where items should be placed, which made the move-in experience smooth and stress-free.
I would highly recommend their services — they are flexible, easy, and efficient, taking away so much of the usual stress. Beyond the excellent service, they are simply great people.

Amazing experience! Lee and Ash were so experienced and kind!! storing can be stressful but I am so glad I had Lee that day. I can tell he cares and is gentle with belongings but also very effective and strong! Highly recommend this service and especially Lee!

Quick and easy
Andy is a really cool guy, packed everything organised. Was really careful of my boxes. As almost every box is fragile. Looked after all my stuff while packing it in the van. I would highly recommend easy storage as I used easy storage before. No problem No worries. Thank you easy storage. Really happy with your service. 10/10.

Fantastic service! This was our second time using easyStorage and we were so grateful to Claire on the phone and Graham site manager for going out of their usual collection radius from Manchester to help us over on the Wirral. While we were charged extra per mile outside of the radius, all in all easyStorage was significantly cheaper than other removal/storage quotes - and we trust that they won’t hike prices, as we’ve had things stored with them at a different site for years. Thank you!

Dam, Ed, Sami, Josh were really helpful and very nice to talk to. storage remained safe and untouched and transport was safe as well considering moving it to a different county. price matched for student standards as well, would reccomend to a friend. They communicated with me for the whole process of storing and moving.

My son stored his belongings with easyStorage Essex before returning home for his break. He will be continuing his new semester in October 2026, so I contacted Easy Storage to arrange for his belongings to be returned to his accommodation before his arrival.

Easy storage went above and beyond to help me out with the things I need to furnish my flat . They were both friendly and gave me encouragement for the future.
