Managed to store our belongings. The company made us start the booking on the Friday because we “wouldn’t be able to get the keys out of hours”, but when we turned up there was no office and the keys were in a lock box anyways. There is also poor communication between the national company easy storage and the local unit of Steventon requiring us to sign two contracts and the local team offering different prices.
In summary functional, but there are probably better options out there and we would try somewhere else next time

Great service from Liam and Thomas!
After having a really good experience with the collection and storage of my items, I decided to re-book the delivery of them to my new address to save myself carrying everything up the stairs. Again, I was really impressed with Liam and Thomas who gave me a 5* service. They turned up on time, were friendly and helpful and did an excellent job carrying 3 crates of items upstairs on a hot and muggy day. I am so appreciative of this and would definitely book again in the future.
The staff on the phoneline were also very helpful and understanding when I needed to keep pushing my delivery back due to my new build being delayed. There was always availability within the next 3-4 days to re-book a new slot.

Not ground floor & no lighting. Once I had navigated the app to gain entry to premises The rest was fairly straightforward. Except the units at the end of the yard are very narrow to manoeuvre a van due to other containers. I then found out my original booked ground floor storage space had been moved and an upstairs one all. There is also no lighting.

Could not recommend this company enough. From the moment I enquired the team was professional and helpful. I took my storage out earlier as was moving into somewhere and they swiftly organised this. They even called me back to see if I wanted to change my time as they were closing at 4:30 and I booked for 4pm so booked me in earlier.

Honestly, helpful, and constructive - I've used this company twice now. Our daughter attends University in London, UK. She's moved twice and I was unable to be there to help her. So grateful to easyStorage from the 1st enquiry to dropping off to the storage unit, the service has been A1. The girl in the office was so helpful, they have been really patient, even when I postponed, and changed plans. Can’t recommend enough.
