Darnell, Vishna, and Gawin, the team members who assisted me, were incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire process. They were prompt in addressing my inquiries, and their knowledge about storage solutions was evident, making the decision-making process much easier for me.

We used Easy Storage in Hertfordshire first to store some of our belongings before we moved up to the North East. Stephen and Richard mentioned they also could help with the move up North and we were more than happy with the entire service provided. They were very friendly and did an excellent job with the move. Extremely efficient and very careful with our belongings. We could not have been more happy with them and their service provided at a very competitive price too. Thank you again Stephan and Richard.

Mehmet & Brian were fantastic, they made the process so very easy! They gave plenty of warning on when they would be arriving, and were super quick and careful with my possessions. They were super free and made the stress of moving, that little bit less. On the return Bradley, jerome & Adrian were equally fantastic, and even had to put with the rain and more stairs. Very happy with the experience

I contacted Tariq at EasyStorage because we needed to store our furniture urgently due to a house sale falling through. The next day Arju the surveyor came out to assess our requirements and give us a price. Within 48 hours the contents of our home was collected and stored safely. The guys that arrived were friendly, respectful and professional. They arrived on time and got straight to work. I can’t believe how easy the whole process was. I have tremendous confidence in recommending Tariq and the team at EasyStorage.

Despite facing what seemed like a monumental task and with the largest amount of belongings they may have ever encountered, their professionalism and efficiency shone through. They handled each item with care, ensuring nothing was overlooked, and worked tirelessly to make the process as stress-free as possible.

It was my first time using Easy storage and we used them to collect our items in the property we were selling and stored them for a couple of months and have them delivered to our new property. The entire team was very professional and made us to contact us the day before collecting and delivering to give us some reassurance on how they were going to proceed. This was my first time using a self storage company and I have to say the bar has been set really high. I was enquiring with different companies and “easy storage” was the only one that actually included a pick up and handling with the service. I spoke to Mohammed on the phone who was friendly, informative and very helpful in finding me a slot at such last minute and at such a reasonable price. I received a phone call from the drivers on the day informing me when they were half hour a way, which was very helpful as I was given an estimated time slot of 8am-12pm. There were 3 drivers; Jerry, Lenny & Godfred who gave such exceptional service. I had my entire bedroom to pack and they got straight to work with no hassle, they handled my items with care but also got the job done quickly. They were so friendly and efficient-like really efficient! They got the job done within 10minutes, I thought there was more of them the way they got it done. From the initial phone call, to the service at hand and the after care, Easy Storage has been a very positive experience. It’s a huge relief for me and I saved so much time and effort having the pick up service included. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
