It was a breeze. The manager, Rahim, was easy to deal with. Always responded within a reasonable timeframe. The teams he sent for collection (11/02/25) and return (10/07/25) were polite, helpful and careful with my items.

Both Jerry and Godfred were polite and patient, they took the time to check which items I wanted to be taken away. I did not sort or put aside, prior to their collection, which boxes/items I wanted collecting. They even assisted me replacing the items back, which had to be moved so they could access the items I wanted to store. Thank you both so much for your time, attention and assistance.

Brilliant experience, got a courtesy call to confirm and to let me know of estimated arrival, then a follow up call on the day when the driver was 30 minutes away. The two men assigned to my pod were friendly and efficient and had everything packed up in no time.
