What made my experience great was Barry, George and Darren – who EasyStorage is lucky to have. During the collection of my items, I had a terrible time with the first group of EasyStorage movers, who packed my belongings poorly and caused a lot of damage. However, Barry, George and Darren quickly made up for that time of turmoil and guided us on how to resolve the issue with my damaged items, which I am in the process of addressing. I give George, Barry and Darren 5 stars for the laughs, assistance and their accommodation – and EasyStorage 4.

The team were great. They called me a couple of times to confirm the timings. When they got here they loaded everything really quickly and even gave me time to grab a couple of extra things because there was still room. I'm very happy with the experience.

Richard made it simple and easy, came out first to view furniture etc to be moved. Gave quote. As I had to have furniture in storage for 2 a bit weeks it made sense financially to have them do it all. Instead of different movers, storage people as I moved a 2 hour drive way.

Darren, George and Barry were great. Helped get things into the lorry quite efficiently and not complained about having to use a trolley because the lorry couldn’t fit through the entrance to the mews. Also just very friendly and positive people. Thank you guys!

George, Robert and Darren were fantastic. Came at the start of the slot, bit of a walk round from the carpark and three very full pods unloaded into my first floor flat with great care and good humour. To be honest I was stressed about the return, but it went so smoothly and they were allna pleasure from the start. Many thanks.
