Steve, Richard, and Mario were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They managed to clear everything from my flat, which included navigating multiple flights of stairs, in just two hours. Other companies had quoted triple the time and cost so this was incredible!
They expertly packed my belongings into fewer storage pods than anticipated, which saved me a significant amount of money. They even went the extra mile by providing me with spare packing tape when mine ran out and were genuinely so sweet and helpful. Their kindness, friendliness and supportive approach throughout the entire process made what would have been a very stressful day incredibly smooth and manageable.

Firstly I need to apologise for the late review. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience from start to finish. I must be honest, I had not heard of Easy Storage but when it popped up on one of my NHS discount sites I thought it might be worth making an enquiry. As my landlord had decided to sell up and I had yet to confirm a date for my new property, the concept of one company collecting and storing my worldy goods seemed ideal. I spoke with Mohammad who explained the concept and process to me, answered all of my questions and gave me options. Once agreed I was booked in. On the day, chaos on my part ensued having run out of boxes and still to pack up all of those annoying bits that really have no homes, not to mention I hadn't even started the kitchen. Panic. Gavin and Louis arrived, took a tour through and did not seem at all phased by what was still left to do. Gavin kindly provided me with more boxes and taped them up for me so I could carry on packing. Within a few minutes, reinforcements.... Sam, Lee and Darnell arrived and started clearing out the house at warp speed. As some of my stuff was being taking elsewhere, the guys were very careful to check what was to go in storage and what wasn't, and emptied the house in no time. They were particularly forgiving when it came to the garden, as there was a lot to do there and not once did any of them complain. 5 pods later and all done. In a nutshell, all I really have to say is that I am super happy I chose to use this company, the lads on the day were amazing and very personable and made a rubbish day enjoyable to be quite honest. I hope the same will happen on the other side....as soon as I get my moving in date!!!

Had a great experience start to finish, Fez was great with dealing with my queries and booking and today we had our storage collected and absolutely everything was collected from our door and loaded up into the pod with no stress. Bradley, Jerry & Cip were great!! We will definitely recommend this service over and over again and can’t recommend the direct service anymore. Thank you all for time, it’s been greatly appreciated!!

We couldn’t recommend these lot enough. Darren is a ledge- and we bonded over our love of BLACKPOOL and George is the storage king/ he knows exactly what will go where.
Easy storage- your movers are amazing. Heaven forbid we move again but we are calling you if we do.
