Ideal storage at a great price. If you don't need constant access then this is great. Dan was very helpful and friendly and location is easy to find and not too far out of town. Communication from both Ed and Dan was great. Would recommend this service.

Ed and Dan really great team we had expensive furniture to put into storage whilst we continue with our extension project.
They both made sure all furniture was protected with protectors and securely placed in the storage truck avoiding any knocks.

Great experience with the team (Godfred, Jerry, Iuri) who were super helpful, friendly and professional. They managed some heavy furniture and lots of goods up and down several flights of stairs and did it all in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend them!

I had a few issues to start with including being unable to unlock my unit. Despite the late hour, a very patient and sympathetic man from customer services, working through the night contacted the different departments involved and got me up and running. Great customer service and problem solving.

Managed to store our belongings. The company made us start the booking on the Friday because we “wouldn’t be able to get the keys out of hours”, but when we turned up there was no office and the keys were in a lock box anyways. There is also poor communication between the national company easy storage and the local unit of Steventon requiring us to sign two contracts and the local team offering different prices.
In summary functional, but there are probably better options out there and we would try somewhere else next time

After having a really good experience with the collection and storage of my items, I decided to re-book the delivery of them to my new address to save myself carrying everything up the stairs. Again, I was really impressed with Liam and Thomas who gave me a 5* service. They turned up on time, were friendly and helpful and did an excellent job carrying 3 crates of items upstairs on a hot and muggy day. I am so appreciative of this and would definitely book again in the future.
The staff on the phoneline were also very helpful and understanding when I needed to keep pushing my delivery back due to my new build being delayed. There was always availability within the next 3-4 days to re-book a new slot.

Not ground floor & no lighting. Once I had navigated the app to gain entry to premises The rest was fairly straightforward. Thank you for staff helping on the phone!! The units at the end of the yard are very narrow to manoeuvre a van due to other containers. I then found out my original booked ground floor storage space had been moved to an upstairs one. There is also no lighting in the unit albeit there is in the corridor that wasn’t on as it was daylight.

Could not recommend this company enough. From the moment I enquired the team was professional and helpful. I took my storage out earlier as was moving into somewhere and they swiftly organised this. They even called me back to see if I wanted to change my time as they were closing at 4:30 and I booked for 4pm so booked me in earlier.
