Booking was super easy, I called EasyStorage as I needed to speak to someone about the logisitics and assistance with locations etc...I spoke to an agent (Ian I think), he was super helpful.
Gavin called me the night before to get a better idea of what was to be stored and gave me some recommendations on what I needed to do to ensure a smooth move.
On the day Lee, Adrian, Kaiel and Wayne worked swiftly and were super focused on getting me packed up as soon as possible. They took great care of my items a worked their way seamlessly through the rooms. They even offered to help move things to my car which were coming with me. Thank you guys!! Amazing team!!!

Booked 5 pods. Moved out of my house today. Gentlemen who came were absolutely lovely. Spoke to my father-in-law about football and seemed genuinely interested in my hobbies all while moving stuff professionally. They did not damage a single thing and the way they put the stuff in the pods — it was like magic. So much stuff fit in there even though the pods seemed small.
And the icing on the cake — after all that, and looking at all my stuff, I thought I’d certainly need all 5 pods. But the men managed to fit my stuff into 4 pods and refunded me the difference without a word. They certainly overdelivered.

Easy storage have been amazing from start to finish bringing my belongings from Yorkshire to London safely and keeping me informed along the way , even delivering to an alternative storage company closer to my home and unloading for me while i was at work so sent me a pic once finished. Highly impressed!!! Richard, Tyler & the team 💯 for customer service .

Haile Richardson has been very helpful with regards to information accessing the storage.Swift response when help is needed from both Haile Richardson and Mohammad Awan. The storage is neat and being an electronic makes it more effective and efficient to store in your items.

Great service from this Easy Crew! It was a relief to find a storage company who also picked up your items in a van as well as pack them all away. We have put our belongings in storage whilst we are having our place renovated. Cruz, Adrian and Gavin couldn’t have been more polite and helpful. They were careful with my items and packed them away sensitively. They completed the job very quickly and with such professionalism. Thank you for a wonderful service and good communication!

So far so good with service - easy to book and schedule collection, excellent customer service when I made an amendment, efficient reminders, excellent communication on day of pick up, guys were super great, top floor of terrace apartments without lift and they were fabulous, handled everything with care and were friendly, professional and chilled (exactly what one needs when moving). Definitely recommend- competitive prices, efficient and spot on service.

Excellent service. The team along with the director Gavin were here on scheduled time and completed loading the 2 pods within an hour. The cost of storage is also quite reasonable and we specially like the security of the pods. Thank you Gavin, Lee and Wayne.

Richard and Olly were not only extremely polite and friendly when they came to my home but worked with such professionalism. They immediately covered my floors and carpets to avoid any mess and got straight on with the job with a great amount of care and attention. Not long after they were finished and my items packed away carefully and with thought. Thank you very much, I will be using you again when we have storage needs in the future.
