So efficient. So friendly! Am on the 2nd floor of a very narrow staircase build and the team that arrived today returned the pod all the way upstairs, no problem. Made the whole thing quick and easy for me! Service during storage was prompt and responsive throughout the 7 months.

Communication from my initial enquiry to storage was fantastic and exactly as explained. The two men loading were amazing and I was impressed with the way they handled my furniture and packed the pods.

The whole experience was fantastic. Both the collection and return team were friendly and efficient.
When booking, make sure you read everything because there are additional charges, but they're not unreasonable, and not essential. We didn't need to access our belongings at anytime so I can't comment on that service that's offered.
All in all, no complaints, and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Had a time slot between 1 and 5. Had a text to say they would be here at a time then another to let me know that they were running slightly late, which happens but they let me know which was absolutely fine.
The same gentlemen delivered my stuff to me that collected my stuff a year and 6 months ago!
They were just as friendly delivering as they were back then when they collected. So professional and polite. Done in lightning speed too.
Not all my stuff has been unpacked yet so I'm not sure of any breakages, but big items had no mould or any damage. Boxes also appear to be in tact so i am feeling positive.
I can highly recommend easy storage, a little pricey especially to deliver. But well worth it knowing you can have peace of mind with your belongings.

The staff that attended the pick up of furniture was very transparent , extremely knowledgeable as well as friendly. The staff that took the furniture cared about the belongings that was going the pod.
