Tesco Haverhill staff prepare to bungee jump for St Nicholas Hospice Care.

Tina Pamplin, who grew up in Haverhill but now lives in Ross-on-Wye, spent the week at St Nicholas Hospice Care shadowing one of the community fundraisers in order to help her work with a small charity near her home.
