Rooms are hit or miss. Some are still stuck in the 80s, some have been renovated recently and have USB plugs near bedside for example.
Restaurant is good, gym is ok too.
Staff always super friendly.

We had a very pleasant stay here.
Service is probably the thing that comes out on top here, big shout out to Ben (waiter) and Patricia (breakfast staff) who were incredible with our energetic 2 year old. It’s people like these who really made us look back and helped us have such a great memory of our stay.
Food was great although I think more variety should be on offer at more points in the day.
Room was clean and kept to a great standard but was quite dated (not a problem for us)
Very spacious.
Very near a mini golf course which would have been great if our child was a little older but also had a bar and grill attached.
Well connected to local bus that comes every 30 mins and goes into town.
2 minute walk to a waitrose.
Good range of soft and alcoholic beverages with some great IPA’s.
Many other people made our stay fantastic and there wasn’t anything to complain about.

Such a memorable trip at this fabulous hotel to celebrate our dads 80th birthday 🎂 ☺️
It’s hard to fault on any level! its spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, has a lovely ambiance, amazing facilities and incredibly friendly staff. Absolutely everyone made it a special trip, from the reception staff (who found my dads lost glasses!), the cleaners (who were super friendly) and especially Terri- mae who we thoroughly enjoyed talking to at breakfast and gave us some fabulous top tips!
The location is spot on and its rare for me to ever say i’d go back twice… but this place i would! Thank you!!!

Wonderful stay with our room kept spotless by Nilesh and Ben looking after our comfort in the evenings, must not forget the very helpful reception staff also. Breakfast was to an excellent standard but the evening meal was not to standard, poor choice and quality spoilt it.

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. A special thanks to Shabnam from housekeeping for her excellent work, kindness, and attention to detail. She was very polite, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect during our stay. Her hard work and professionalism are truly appreciated. Highly recommended!

Like other Hand Picked Hotels that we’ve stayed in (Buxstead Park & Ettington Park), the St Pierre Park Hotel in Guernsey was luxurious and the staff did their utmost to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. The Hotel had great facilities, and the pool, health club, restaurant(s), bar were all great. The pool especially was large, clean and beautifully heated. The staff who made up our room checked in on us every day to ensure that all our needs were met, and when our room fridge broke down, and working replacement was installed the same day. Our only comment for improvement would be to vary the menu in the restaurant - with the same 3 starters, 3 mains and 3 desserts for the whole week, it started to get very samey. The good news though is the bar offers a wide range of meals and snacks. Breakfast was also great, but ocassionally there were insufficient staff on duty, leading to occasional delays in delivery of tea & coffee, whilst removal of used food plates was ocassionally overlooked (we’d then put the plates on a neighbouring ‘used table’ waiting for clearance. Small negatives however , and still worthy of 5 stars. Ideally located near a good Waitrose supermarket and bus stops to all locations on the Island.

Afternoon tea for 3 - was a birthday treat and it was lovely. The waiting staff were brilliant!
The room we were in was very warm and it did get uncomfortable but we moved and it was no problem at all. Very nice afternoon.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT in every way. We were having a weekend in Guernsey, booked this place for one reason only ... they advertised as being 'Dog Friendly'. An understatement! They treated my dog just like any other guest. We had a room that opened up directly into the large gardens. He loved that. Breakfast, our dog was invited to join us in the Restaurant, they even served him breakfast, I mean, come on, he got treated better than me! The staff were amazing, the food was just splendid, everything reflected good value and the overall hotel experience was second to none. Never felt awkward walking around with the dog, no one ever question, we were not restricted although there may have been restrictions in the Spa! All I can say is that this place has it all, and I would not hesitate in recommending them, a fantastic experience. Thank you
PS, a shout out to the Scouser in the Bar, sorry, can't remember his name but he was just amazing. Rushed off his feet but he kept it together with plenty of humour, well done.

We had a fantastic week at this hotel and treated ourselves to the Alderney Suite. Staff were fantastic. Special thanks to Navjot who serviced our room; Abi and Pamela serving us at breakfast and in the restaurant in the evenings; the lovely Darlington on reception and Bianca who gave a superb massage in the spa.

Great hotel, rooms comfortable and quiet great nights sleep. Bar is relaxing. Spa facilities are fantastic. Rooms with garden view are nice, maybe ask for a bigger balcony in summer months.

We came to Guernsey for our honemoon for 4 nights and we will remember our time very fondly. The hotel is immaculate and in a great setting. Reception is welcoming and stylish and we received a very warm welcome from Freya who told us that we had been upgraded for our room which was very kind. Our room had a balcony and it was overlooking the garden and tennis courts and as the weather was mostly dry we made good use of sitting outside in the gorgeous surroundings. We had a couple of dinners, 1 lunch and breakfast each day and the food was amazing. We were looked after by Adam and Ben in the bar as well as a lovely Scottish lady (sorry, we didn't get your name). Terri Mae was our lovely breakfast host and Amol cleaned our room. All the staff we came across were amazing and obviously care about guests and looking after us well. We will certainly be coming back. Thank you Hand Picked

We've been lucky enough to travel to some wonderful places in the world, but very rarely have we stayed in a hotel with so many wonderful staff members. Our first interactions were with Darlington, who's experience in guest services shines in every interaction we had with him. Genuine and helpful, we couldn't have wished for a nicer welcome. Our amazement continued when checking into the lovely room with garden view and balcony and a card for the little one with a very nice surprise treat before bedtime. We won't spoil the suprise for other families 😉 In the evening we settled in the in-house bar for dinner, meeting Ben, a fun and genuinely great guy (handsome too!) we kept coming back for over the next few days.
Over the next few days we got to know Sarah (what a legend!) Terri Mae, Brian and Pamela (both!) at breakfast, each of them making the morning something to look forward to with their kindness towards us and especially our daughter...our weird and wonderful breakfast orders never too complicated for them. Then there were Freya and Brigitte at reception, always just one call away, they checked in with us every time we walked by, making us feel right at home. We were also so very lucky to get to chat to the housekeeping staff; Navjot's artistic towel-skills only outshined by her sweet interactions with our little one. It's a testament to each and every one of those people that I can name them all of the top of my head after staying just a few nights.
I hope each and every one of them receives the recognition they deserve, as these small moments of human connection is what will keep people like us coming back, and for a moment, makes you forget all the madness going on in the world around us. Thank you, thank you, thank you, to this truly magical team. Like Arnold, we'll be back!

A comfortable hotel in stunning grounds, but the best feature are the staff members who are super friendly at all times. Having been to this hotel several times, I can’t recommend it highly enough. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else on Guernsey.

I recently stayed here on a work trip. The hotel is lovely - if a little bit dated here and there. The main thing to mention though are the staff. Every single staff member was brilliant. Polite, professional, friendly, attentive, absolutely nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend.

My daughter and I had a spa day as a Mother’s Day gift with a champagne afternoon tea and it was AMAZING. Best massage, lovely swim in the pool, steam and sauna and we made good use of the relaxation room too.
Then we headed to the Victor Hugo restaurant for our afternoon tea with a glass of bubbles and that was every bit as good as the spa experience.
We were really well looked after by all of the staff - what a wonderful Mother’s Day.

Some great staff that make you feel like royalty! Shout outs to Freya, Ben, Pamela, Patricia, Ralph and Brian.
The only criticisms are the walls between rooms are quite thin, so loud neighbours conversations can be overheard and their bathroom activities; and that the rooms are a little on the cool side (February/March) but they did provide me with a (noisy) fan heater, which did warm the room up quite quickly.

My wife and myself go here about 3 times a week for coffee and sometimes lunch in the terrace bar, the staff, waiting, receptionist, are all attentive, and lovely to speak to, special mention to Amy, Ben, Paul and Shaun who when you walk in immediately start our coffees, and have a little chat you do feel special,

This place is typical of a Hand Picked hotel. The staff are incredibly attentive, always smiling and provide impeccable service. The breakfast is as good as any large city five star hotel and the small details such as crockery and cutlery, even the bed linens are of the highest quality. It also has Guernsey’s best Spa experience too. Can’t recommend enough.
