We had a small hiccup with our afternoon tea booking, but Abdul went above and beyond to make sure we still got to enjoy it. His service today was outstanding, and we’re so grateful for the care he took to look after us. Truly excellent customer service from the restaurant!

I had a wonderful stay, and the hospitality exceeded my expectations. A heartfelt thank you to Amol from the housekeeping team for maintaining my room impeccably every day. Beyond his excellent attention to detail, his warm smile, friendly nature, and genuine willingness to help made me feel comfortable and truly at home throughout my stay.

Special appreciation also goes to his Team Leader, Sunil, whose professionalism, approachable attitude, and encouragement are clearly reflected in the team's exceptional service. Their dedication, kindness, and commitment to guest comfort made my experience even more memorable.

Thank you, St Pierre Park Team, for your outstanding hospitality. I truly appreciate your efforts and look forward to staying here again.

Just spent a week at St Pierre Park; we really enjoyed it; it’s a very comfortable hotel with lovely spa facilities, gardens and areas to sit out. The food was good and we really enjoyed sitting in the sun in the terrace having a drink or two.
The best thing about the hotel is the team who looked after us; they are all so friendly and make you feel really welcome. Just to mention a few of the team; Amol who looked after our room and always checked we had everything we needed; Komesh, Patricia and Perpetual in the dining room and Lukas who were all really lovely to us. We really appreciated how kind the team were and we will definitely stay at the hotel on our next visit.

What a wonderful hotel. Our rooms were ready upon arrival even though we didn’t expect them to be having arrived 4 hours earlier to drop off our luggage to then enjoy the day out exploring. Wonderful reception and superbly clean bedrooms. My sister was celebrating her birthday and the personal touch on arrival was so endearing and thoughtful. Food and drink are served looking great and tasting fabulous. The facilities are gorgeous and I especially enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi facilities. I love the location. Thank you to everyone who made our stay exceptional and one to remember xxx

We had the best time. The hotel is gorgeous, with great garden, and everything is so comfortable. A very lovely stay. The afternoon tea was delicious as were the cocktails. The best part was the staff- they really go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Thank you in particular to Komesh and both Patricias in the dining room as well as the fabulous housekeeping staff.
We highly recommend! The only negative for us was the limited hours for kids in the pool, which made it virtually impossible to use. But otherwise a fantastic stay.

Our stay was absolutely fabulous. I can't express enough how fantastic this place is. We've never experienced a hotel that was so impeccably clean, truly spotless. The gentleman responsible for cleaning the rooms was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. I must give a huge shout out to Ben at the bar, who went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our meals and drinks, which were great. He was genuinely friendly, humorous, and an excellent addition to their team. The room was fantastic, All the staff were wonderful, the spa was incredibly relaxing, making it an overall perfect stay. We will definitely return.

The Hotel looked great & all the amenities were excellent downstairs, however, the Room - A Classic Garden View Room, was disappointing as it didn't have a clear view of the Garden, no Air Conditioning & the furnishing was rather dated. The Bathroom was like a Sauna, as the Expellair was very poor, even after a cold shower.
The Bed was very comfortable, but sleep was very limited due to the very Hot conditions & the sound of the fans, which had to be constantly running.
The Staff were all excellent, helpful & friendly, especially the room housekeeping maid. The friendly and cheerful nature of all the Staff was very commendable in the very hot conditions.
The view from the small Balcony was very limited in the Room we were allocated on the second floor.
The Golf Facility was a separate concern and there was very limited information at Reception; however, they could book a Tee time if required & there was no shuttle service between the Hotel & the Golf Club/Course, so it was either a case of a steep climb with your clubs or a short journey in the car to get to the course, clubhouse & driving range.
Overall, it was a great relaxing holiday, but it could have been so much better with A/C in the Rooms & a little investment in updating the furnishings.

It was my first time in Guersney. The stay was really comfortable and room service was very quick. The room had a beautiful and calming view, just what I needed. My special thanks to Navjot and Shabnam who were very polite and prepared my room as per my needs. The breakfast buffet was lovely. Appreciate the assistance from Soroj for my dinner plans.
Thank you guys.

Rooms are hit or miss. Some are still stuck in the 80s, some have been renovated recently and have USB plugs near bedside for example.
Restaurant is good, gym is ok too.
Staff always super friendly.

We had a very pleasant stay here.
Service is probably the thing that comes out on top here, big shout out to Ben (waiter) and Patricia (breakfast staff) who were incredible with our energetic 2 year old. It’s people like these who really made us look back and helped us have such a great memory of our stay.
Food was great although I think more variety should be on offer at more points in the day.
Room was clean and kept to a great standard but was quite dated (not a problem for us)
Very spacious.
Very near a mini golf course which would have been great if our child was a little older but also had a bar and grill attached.
Well connected to local bus that comes every 30 mins and goes into town.
2 minute walk to a waitrose.
Good range of soft and alcoholic beverages with some great IPA’s.
Many other people made our stay fantastic and there wasn’t anything to complain about.

Such a memorable trip at this fabulous hotel to celebrate our dads 80th birthday 🎂 ☺️
It’s hard to fault on any level! its spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, has a lovely ambiance, amazing facilities and incredibly friendly staff. Absolutely everyone made it a special trip, from the reception staff (who found my dads lost glasses!), the cleaners (who were super friendly) and especially Terri- mae who we thoroughly enjoyed talking to at breakfast and gave us some fabulous top tips!
The location is spot on and its rare for me to ever say i’d go back twice… but this place i would! Thank you!!!

Wonderful stay with our room kept spotless by Nilesh and Ben looking after our comfort in the evenings, must not forget the very helpful reception staff also. Breakfast was to an excellent standard but the evening meal was not to standard, poor choice and quality spoilt it.

Like other Hand Picked Hotels that we’ve stayed in (Buxstead Park & Ettington Park), the St Pierre Park Hotel in Guernsey was luxurious and the staff did their utmost to make our stay enjoyable and memorable. The Hotel had great facilities, and the pool, health club, restaurant(s), bar were all great. The pool especially was large, clean and beautifully heated. The staff who made up our room checked in on us every day to ensure that all our needs were met, and when our room fridge broke down, and working replacement was installed the same day. Our only comment for improvement would be to vary the menu in the restaurant - with the same 3 starters, 3 mains and 3 desserts for the whole week, it started to get very samey. The good news though is the bar offers a wide range of meals and snacks. Breakfast was also great, but ocassionally there were insufficient staff on duty, leading to occasional delays in delivery of tea & coffee, whilst removal of used food plates was ocassionally overlooked (we’d then put the plates on a neighbouring ‘used table’ waiting for clearance. Small negatives however , and still worthy of 5 stars. Ideally located near a good Waitrose supermarket and bus stops to all locations on the Island.

The room we were in was very warm and it did get uncomfortable but we moved and it was no problem at all. Very nice afternoon.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT in every way. We were having a weekend in Guernsey, booked this place for one reason only ... they advertised as being 'Dog Friendly'. An understatement! They treated my dog just like any other guest. We had a room that opened up directly into the large gardens. He loved that. Breakfast, our dog was invited to join us in the Restaurant, they even served him breakfast, I mean, come on, he got treated better than me! The staff were amazing, the food was just splendid, everything reflected good value and the overall hotel experience was second to none. Never felt awkward walking around with the dog, no one ever question, we were not restricted although there may have been restrictions in the Spa! All I can say is that this place has it all, and I would not hesitate in recommending them, a fantastic experience. Thank you
PS, a shout out to the Scouser in the Bar, sorry, can't remember his name but he was just amazing. Rushed off his feet but he kept it together with plenty of humour, well done.

We came to Guernsey for our honemoon for 4 nights and we will remember our time very fondly. The hotel is immaculate and in a great setting. Reception is welcoming and stylish and we received a very warm welcome from Freya who told us that we had been upgraded for our room which was very kind. Our room had a balcony and it was overlooking the garden and tennis courts and as the weather was mostly dry we made good use of sitting outside in the gorgeous surroundings. We had a couple of dinners, 1 lunch and breakfast each day and the food was amazing. We were looked after by Adam and Ben in the bar as well as a lovely Scottish lady (sorry, we didn't get your name). Terri Mae was our lovely breakfast host and Amol cleaned our room. All the staff we came across were amazing and obviously care about guests and looking after us well. We will certainly be coming back. Thank you Hand Picked
