The food was sublime!
Incredible array of starters - to help yourself!!!
followed by a sublime carvery and perfect veg/desserts
The whole experience was a delicious meal, and we enjoyed the stroll around the grounds later . .

Room was tidy and clean no issues, Staff struggled to understand me for the duration of my stay, Also got charged a surcharge for room service was not really bothered about that until last night, waited around 40 minutes for my food due to restaurant being busy brought the food but not the drink, But when I went to put salt on my dinner both of the condiments sent up were pepper but should have been both waiter did apologise , Asked for new dinner to be sent up, took an other 40 minutes went down this morning and been charged for room service not really happy about that due to waiting nearly 2 hours for my dinner, Due to your own error.

Nice hotel in good condition with nice rooms. Good Full English brekky and attentive staff. My only upset was I was sure I asked for a room with Aircon. They said I hadn't and said it would cost an extra £80 a night for it which was ridiculous. So make sure tof your booking. If not for that it would have been five Stars.

Best priced hotel for a bit of luxury. Does not compare to international standards of rooms, especially the TV channels! I'm used to having my name appear on the TV and being able to webcast etc but not here. Best bet when staying in Guernsey 🇬🇬 👌.

Had a lovely lunch today served by Htoo Htoo. She is a credit to st pierre park as she is always professional and happy at all times.We have been several times and nothing is too much trouble, always checking on everyone, always smiling and happy. Very professional young lady.

I just thought I had to send this as I & my husband were looking for a relaxed atmosphere for a coffee & food to talk & sort our business. I highly recommend going here, the service was amazing with very friendly staff. I think our waitress was Htoo, we would like to thank you for finding a great hotel to relax & work.

Great setting and facilities a good central location for a visit to all areas of the island. The staff all very professional kind and provide an excellent service. Rooms well appointed comfortable some with stunning views of the hotel grounds.

We did 3 nights around the bank holiday here. Staff are lovely, and hotel facilities are good. Excellent extensive breakfast, nice spa/gym, plenty of parking, nice facilities in the room. The decor is maybe a bit dated, but the setting more than makes up for it. It will take about 20 mins to walk into town. Not the most exciting walk, but easily doable, and there is a frequent bus service as well. And you are well positioned to drive anywhere on the island, with a Waitrose across the street as well. The hotel warned us there was a party on the Friday night and let us change rooms to another part of the hotel, but there didnt seem to be any noise travelling across the rooms afterwards. Overall just a very good experience for a short break.
