Nous avons voulu passer la fin d’année sur Guernesey et avons réservé 5 nuits à l’hôtel St Peter Park. Le rapport qualité /prix n’est pas vraiment au rendez-vous. L’hôtel est vieillissant, pas très bien entretenu et manque clairement d’un peu de décoration qui apporterait un peu de chaleur. Le personnel est plutôt agréable, mais les règles sont incompréhensibles, la salle de sport interdite aux enfants… la piscine autorisée pour 1h30 par jour en pleine après-midi… et là c’est l’anarchie totale… ça saute, ça crie dans tous les sens… alors qu’autoriser les enfants en imposant des règles serait plus intelligent à mon sens. Les règles d’hygiène sont douteuses également … vous pouvez accéder à la piscine dans vos vieilles baskets ou vielles tongs…😏
Enfin nous n’avons pas pu célébrer le nouvel an car les enfants ne sont pas admis dans les soirées spécialement organisées (cela n’est pas spécifique à l’hôtel, mais c’est la règle dans tous les établissements), en revanche nous pouvions passer notre soirée au bar avec notre fille à boire de l’alcool sans que cela ne pose problème. 🧐
Sinon l’île offre des paysages absolument fabuleux, c’était un vrai plaisir de se balader.

Stayed here for a week over Christmas whilst visiting family and friends. Have stayed here several times. Again a lovely stay . Great breakfast tho noticed cutbacks no yoghurts/cheese/marmite portions. Again in room no small water bottles. Staff great so helpful in bar dining room reception. Great help with bags. Comfortable bed in a classic room. Furniture looked v dated and be nice if there were charging plug ins by bed and dressing table. Bathroom nice . No freestanding toilitries which is a shame as i found it very difficult to reach the wall ones when in bath. Plus preferred the previous ones. Hotel could definitely do with some updating. Electric doors would be great help both for luggage and disabled people. My friend in a wheelchair came for lunch with me in the bar…. No way would she have been able to open the doors as they are v heavy even for able bodied people. Would have thought this would be available for a four star hotel. The staff make the place very enjoyable to stay. Thank you

What a fantastic Spa Break. The whole team where so welcoming and made the break feel like we were true guests and nothing was too much trouble.
Special mention to Ashley and Ben in the Bar/Lounge what a credit to the hotel and they took time to chat to all guests and really made a difference.

We had our Wedding here last month and cannot thank Bronwyn and team enough for all that they did for us! To say they went above and beyond is an understatement! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. It well exceeded our expectations!! I can’t even put into words how grateful I am for making our day such a special day! Nothing was too much trouble and I was treated like a VIP! Il be forever thankful and cannot recommend Bronwyn and team enough!

It's a absolutely great hotel to unwind from the city. The location is great the rooms were clean and well kept ..staff was very helpful and kind... breakfast menu is to die for .

Went with a friend for a break around her landmark birthday. I haven't been to this hotel in over 25 years and found it to be still as wonderful as it ever was. Food and service were lovely. Particularly recommend the Sunday carvery for food and a wonderful ambience. Spa was fantastic and has seen some changes since I was last there. The staff were incredibly helpful and professional while being warm and friendly. We had a twin room on ground floor. Two functions were taking place, a conference and a wedding during our stay and this had no impact on our comfort or service standards whatsoever. We were not remotely disturbed in anyway. Will definitely be back and soon.

I can not fault this hotel. One of the best I have stayed in for a long time. We were upgraded to a superior double and wow! Blown away by the luxury and great size with a garden view. The room and hotel is spotless, I literally can not fault anything. The bed was comfortable and huge, lovely big bathroom with gorgeous toiletries. Fresh towels every day.
The warm welcome from reception, nothing was ever to much trouble either.
We had breakfast included and what a delight that was! The staff worked hard and special appreciation for Sara and Amiro who made sure we had everything we needed each morning :-)
We used the Spa facilities twice also during our stay and this has been designed to perfection! We particularly loved the outdoor jacuzzi. My only regret was not booking in advance for a spa treatment as they were fully booked.
The hotels location is a good 30 minute walk from St Peter’s Port and we did this two days over the weekend and it literally blew us away with its beauty. We visited the Castle Cornet too and it’s definitely worth doing!
Guernsey has to be one of the friendliest places we have stayed and we will be back and I would 110% recommend this hotel to anybody including my own clients as I am a travel agent.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Think old fashioned service. The staff are amazing. We were incredibly well looked after. The breakfast is quite seriously, the best that I have ever had in a hotel. You could order off the menu, or help yourself to the expansive breakfast buffet. Don’t miss out on the Gurnsey butter and new potatoes. So delicious! The hotel is in a wonderful spot for exploring Guernsey. There is a bus stop located just outside the entrance. We used the heated pool and the steam room. All very clean. The bed was massive and incredibly comfortable. Overall a 10/10 stay on a fabulous island. Thank you.

We’ve just come back from our fourth visit to this lovely hotel, we had a fabulous stay again!
I really can’t fault this hotel from the wonderful staff mainly Pamela K (who remembered me from our last stay two years ago!) and Sarah from the breakfast team, Kai and the lovely lady from Dundee sorry didn’t catch your name from the lounge bar, the managers, the lovely ladies on reception and the hard working house keeping team you all make the stay extra special. We stayed in one of the junior suites again, we love the room size, the balcony and the views over the grounds. Was very clean and comfortable especially the bed! I love the beds here I always have a brilliant nights sleep here, really wish I had room at home for one of these beds! The breakfast is lovely with plenty of choice and there’s options for other items to be cooked to order. We also ate in the terrace bar, great food in there too. I actually found time to use the indoor pool and steam room lovely! The grounds are lovely too for a stroll round.

We wouldn’t stay any where else in Guernsey and will definitely be back at some point for visit no 5.

Great stay we travelled with our baby and the hotel provided a cot, with sheets, a towel and blanket for the baby which was a lovely touch.
The breakfast was delicious lots of choice and everything was freshly cooked. The staff were very attentive and provided a highchair for the baby.

You have the use of the spa facilities as a guest and we went to the pool children's swimming is between 9-10am and 3-4.30pm. The facilities are really good.

We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

I stayed at St pierre in August. What a wonderful stay i had. The staff was very welcoming and couldn't do enough, the hotel was spotless, my room that was very cozy was overlooking the gardens that was also very well kept. The food was amazing from start to finish, I dined in the resteraunts and breakfast was also very nice!! In the afternoon I had a relax around the pool n jacuzzi area so so nice.

Just returned from a wonderful week at St Pierre .We paid extra for a room with a hot tub and it was well worth the money .Room overlooked the lake at the rear of hotel . All staff went out of their way to be friendly and efficient .Particular mention of Ben Sean Paul and Amy who kept the Restaurant running smoothly ,Suzie the delightful concierge and the reception staff .We have stayed at a number of Hand Picked Hotels and the standard is always excellent . We have put on a few pounds because the food was so good. Swimming pool was 1.2 metres which suited us .Wife had a facial which she said was very good.
We hired a car which is the easy way to see the island .Roads are narrow so hire a small car. Victor Hugo house worth a visit. Only drawback to our trip was the flights from and to Southampton .Although we booked with Aurigny the flights were actually flown by Blue Island . Late 3 hours on the way out and on the way back we were booked on the 1.50 pm flight but saw that the 10 a.m flight was delayed to 1pm so managed to get a transfer. Both times the excuse was a technical issue requiring another plane ! Guernsey need to sort this out .

We recently got married at St Pierre Park and were amazed with Bronwyn & the team.

From the moment we met Bron, we knew our wedding was in the hands of someone truly exceptional. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but she brought a calm, confident energy that made the entire process feel effortless.

We felt every detail was meticulously hahandled,rom co-ordinating external vendors to building the schedule for the entire wedding stay. Bronwyn was always one step ahead, anticipating needs we hadn’t even considered.  On the daday, she was extremely hands on dealing with everything from the late arrival of the cake to taking the veil from us after the post ceremony photos and placing it safely in our room. No words needed to be exchanged, we just knew she had it under control! We are grateful that communication was prompt, clear, and reassuring from start to finish.

As for the rest of the team, Sean and the food service team were superb, again attentive and professional at every opportunity. The food quality was equally impressive beautifully presented and plenty of it, our guests are still talking about how delicious it was.

Thank you to Bronwyn and the St Pierre team for transforming our vision into something magical. Everything from the décor ideas and additions we hadn't thought of, the flow of the day, to the smallest touches added to reflect our personalities perfectly. It really felt like a celebration crafted just for us.

Bronwyn you’re a quiet force behind the scenes, making sure everything ran smoothly while allowing us to be fully present. We appreciate you handling the minor hiccups with grace and discretion.  Sean thank you for keeping this bride entertained at moments that she could have become nervous or overwhelmed.

Overall, we’d recommend booking a wedding at St Pierre Park Hotel. With Bronwyn and Sean to coordinate the day, it was hands down the best decision we could have made. Our guests still rave about how seamless and beautiful everything was. If you're looking for someone who blends professionalism with heart, look no further.

Absolutely lovely hotel. Staff so attentive, and friendly. Room really lovely. Could fault nothing. Only downfall local bus arrive, not used to 2 buses per hour !

Lovely 3 course "help yourself" Sunday lunch carvery for £35. Excellent food, fab service, great setting, and in a beautiful dining room. Would highly recommend. 😍

Our Wedding Day at St Pierre Park was absolutely incredible and we are super thankful to the team at St Pierre Park for making it so special. Upon meeting Brownyn (Assistant Sales and Revenue Voucher) and beginning the process of planning our day, we felt everything ran super smoothly and that she really understood our vision for the day. We really appreciated Bronwyn’s helpful suggestions and thoughts and never felt that anything was too much trouble. She was so easy to contact via email and via phone, always replying promptly and helpfully, and we never felt rushed to make any decisions. We also appreciated how she liaised with the suppliers on our behalf, which took away a lot of stress. Bronwyn helped with many logistical elements, such as, helping to move our luggage between rooms, as well as re folding napkins and setting up décor. She also upgraded our Best Man’s room, free of charge.
On the day itself, we felt everything ran smoothly from start to finish, due to Bronwyn’s excellent planning and the willingness of all the staff to assist us. We would particularly like to give thanks to Shaun who was always available to help with anything we needed. His friendly attitude and kindness, as well as the odd joke here and there, put us both at ease throughout the day.
The food was absolutely incredible; all of our guests had such high praise to share with us. Each of the courses were served promptly and presented so beautifully, the standard was incredibly high and everything was delicious. All of the team were so friendly and helpful, particularly the lady managing service (apologies we didn't catch her name!). The evening buffet was also fantastic and we have, again, received many compliments from our guests.
Overall, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect day and can't thank Bronwyn enough for the important role she played in this. Her excellent communication made the process straight forward, and it felt like we were working with a good friend!

We have had a wonderful week at the hotel, it is clean and comfortable with great amenities but the standout is the service from the wonderful staff. We had our 10 month old with us and the staff could not do enough to entertain him, offer to make him what ever food he would like, even offering to make him a packed lunch! They went above and beyond to make us welcome and the one evening we had a very grumpy baby they were so understanding and helpful.
The travel cot was set up nicely in the room with its own sheet and optional blanket. We had to ask for an additional towel for the baby but this was provided instantly. Having the fridge in the room was useful for keeping baby food.
All in all a wonderful stay.

We only use the golf club.
The driving range is great.
The restaurant is brilliant for all 3 meals of the day.
The crazy golf is good fun.
Always enough parking although drop wheel chairs off at the door, the gravel won't be any fun.
