Still staying here, the hotel is so lovely. The staff are so friendly and helpful/quick. Honestly they couldn’t try harder. The rooms have all you need and are comfy/clean. The food is a bit average but the other good stuff makes up for that.

This is a lovely hotel with staff who are very friendly and helpful. There’s a good choice of cooked and continental breakfast. We didn’t try the restaurant for dinner but the food served in the lounge bar was very tasty.
My favourite part was the spa treatment - the face/body treatment was excellent and then, unexpectedly, we were shown to a relax area looking over the ornamental lake and left to make ourselves at home with hot drinks, magazines and cosy seats.
It’s a 20 minute walk from the centre of St Peter Port in a pleasant residential area.

A further visit to this excellent hotel never disappoints. The landscape settings provide an oasis of calm, the slight out of town location is no problem and the welcome from the very helpful reception staff always sets the tone of the stay experience. The leisure centre, restaurant and bar do not fail to confirm the overall quality and service levels we come to expect. It remains the go to hotel for us on the Island.

The welcome from reception was first class and very helpful in everything. The room was spotless and well stocked. The public toilets were immaculate. The food was very good. Breakfast choice was brilliant and well served . Only criticism was that the buffet hot breakfast could have been warmer. Management on the ball and far better than last visit. Well done everyone.

We stayed on December 23rd for one night pre-christmas. The service and staff were 5 star. There was so much attention to detail, care from the service manager and so many unexpected available Christmas activities and entertainment. The spa was beautiful as ever. We had one mistaken charge on our bill on checking out and it was immediately

What a beautiful setting, the grounds are perfect for morning walks in natures sanctuary. Staff very obliging and a warm welcome at reception.

Calm historical place to unwind although we didn’t eat dinner here it looked both inviting and a relaxing place to spend the evening.

Must return again soon. Visited family in Wales.

We always stay here whilst on business and although the decor and layout has that certain 1990s feel about it, the staff are super friendly, the bar service very good, breakfast first class and the spa / pool & gym are simply fantastic. 100% recommended

We had a very comfortable stay here over the New Year weekend, where we joined friends who'd been there for Christmas as well. Everyone was so welcoming, and the breakfast staff headed by Sara couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, always ready to bring more tea! Our room was spotless and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere which allowed us to sit in the bar & chat or play cards with our friends. Richard, the manager, was always around to make sure that we had everything we needed.

We had all booked for the New Year's Eve black-tie gala, and enjoyed an excellent meal, my wife's nut allergy was handled without a problem. If I had one criticism it would be that the music played by the band after dinner was too loud and not very well-adapted to the wide range of guest ages. It was mostly loud pop, 70s-onward, whereas I think some of the guests would have preferred some some quieter, slower, numbers from time to time. Few people got up to dance at first, we adjourned to the bar where we could continue chatting without having to shout and we weren't the only ones. We did return to the function room in time for Midnight and a last dance. That said, we enjoyed our evening.

It rained heavily on Sunday so we just relaxed in the hotel, and ate in the restaurant again, another very good meal. We stayed on for Monday after our friends had left, and took advantage of the eventual sunshine to explore Guernsey. The hotel is very well-placed for buses, either into St Peter Port or (as we also did) across to the other side of the island. The walk along the beaches from Vazon bay to Cobo bay was great, as was lunch (outside, in the sun!) at The Rockmount pub, before continuing our bus ride around the island.

On Monday evening we looked for a restaurant outside the hotel to have something a little different on our last night, but being both Monday and the bank holiday those very few restaurants that were open were already booked. We asked at reception for some advice, and the receptionist said she'd investigate possibilities and call us. About 30 minutes later we got a call from Richard saying that very few outside places were open, but if we wanted to eat in the hotel the chef could come up with something a little different from the standard menu. After some discussions we came down to the bar to cocktails recommended by our waiter Tiago, and a special meal just for us. It was definitely a great way to end our trip, thank you all. We'll be back, in warmer weather!

We arrived Christmas Eve, the hotel was beautifully decorated with trees, lights and reindeer with sleigh (a very cuddly model reindeer!). We were given a very warm welcome on arrival and to breakfast Christmas morning with glasses of Bucks Fizz. The cooked breakfast was excellent, always fresh and plenty of choice in the cold and bread section, the staff were very friendly, attentive and happy … making a lovely atmosphere. Our room was clean, bed very comfortable and the bed was made and bathroom cleaned whilst we had breakfast … very efficient. We didn’t have Christmas Lunch as we were visiting our son, but did have lunch in The Terrace Bar the day of our departure which was excellent too and is obviously a popular place for family and friends to meet up for breakfast or lunch. Well done St Pierre Park Hotel, this was our second visit and you do not disappoint! Thank you and Happy New Year to all the staff.

Our family had a very comfortable three night stay whilst visiting friends in Guernsey. The indoor pool, breakfast and friendly service throughout the restaurant and hotel were a highlight. We had dinner in the Victoria Hugo restaurant, which was very enjoyable.

My family and I went here to St Pierre Park in the Fontaine room for Christmas lunch and it was wonderful. The temporary Manager Richard helped make the lunch go amazingly. We all thoroughly enjoyed it. Food was delicious and hot.
Also went there with friends New Years Eve and had a fantastic time, again due to the entertainment Element 6 and also once again Richard with his singing ( which was top class) and getting everyone involved in the celebrations. It was a fun time with us all being waited on and spoilt like Lords & Ladies by the great staff who could not do enough for us, with the meal being first class. Will definitely go to the functions this year again.
Thank you very much to all the smiley staff.
Keep up the good work . You are all doing and amazing job in making people so happy and welcome.

Magical New Year's Eve ball at the St Pierre Park Hotel, in Guernsey
We LOVED last night's New Year's Eve ball at the St Pierre Park Hotel. The food was amazing (each one of the 5x delicious courses) whilst the staff were plentiful, helpful and so, so friendly. It was a truly enjoyable evening, helped by the above, a decent band and a brilliant (unexpected) operatic performance by the hotel manager on the occasion of his last night in the role.
In fact, the evening's success was absolutely unexpected, hence the greater delight in having experienced it, so we wanted to share our gratitude in a review to celebrate hard work and achievement.
