Come and join us at Muma Nurture for Pregnancy Yoga where we can move, breathe and be together, supporting you mind, body and soul whilst creating meaningful connections with other mums to be.
The class includes breathwork, movement and meditation all designed specifically to support you during pregnancy, birth and postnatally. There will also be time to connect and share ideas
Classes are limited to a maximum of 6 mums and run on a Tuesday 12-1pm by Ashley of Lotus Lessons who will be happy to answer any questions before or during the class.
Tickets start from £10 a single class with multiple class ticket options available at a reduced rate.
