FITNESS PILATES: This 30 minute class will be a continuous flow of moves, so will be more challenging than the 45 minute ones. Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low impact moves, focusing on mobility, flexibility and muscular strength. Pilates emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Although pilates exercises tend to target the core, the exercises work other areas of your body as well.
