Finding out the true value of your property is an important factor in deciding if you may be considering a move.

Before the appointment, Homesprite will use a number of back-office databases and market data to gain an idea of recently sold prices in your area and what has come on to the market most recently.

We will then aim to give you a realistic appraisal of the value of your home. We will always work with you to agree on a marketing approach and strategy. Unlike some agents, we will not overvalue your property to obtain an instruction and then lock you into a lengthy contract that you can't get out of.
