Welbeing is delighted to have been recognised in ‘TheBestOf Eastbourne’ Business of the Year Awards, a local business and information guide for the town. Customers provide reviews of business members and must maintain a high star average based on this feedback. The reviews for Welbeing have shown what an important and highly regarded organisation it is in the local community. A selection of the reviews said:

“I think very highly of Welbeing. All the staff I’ve dealt with are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble.”

“A brilliant team of people who care a great deal for their customers.”

“An excellent business who provide a much-needed service for the community”

Welbeing is the first point of call for many people who need help to live independently by using its red button alert pendant and other equipment.

This latest accolade comes hot on the heels of winning the highly commended award in the large business category at the Eastbourne Business Awards held earlier this month. As well as being awarded the Telecare Services Association’s (TSA) Quality Standards Framework Accreditation, a prestigious new industry endorsement. Welbeing was praised for its high-quality service and customer focus and was one of the first organisations to be inspected under the TSA’s new standards which ensure providers deliver the best possible service.

Steve Smith, Welbeing’s Chief Executive Officer, said: “We’re all delighted with these accolades and it’s a great boost to receive this kind of recognition from different sectors. The awards are a reflection of all the hard work that each and every one of our staff put into the business every day.”
