With this in mind we are requesting that all customers refrain from coming to our offices. Should you be required to supply us with documents to support your insurance needs, we can accept clear pictures from smart phones to our WhatsApp telephone, photocopies via email or in the post. If you are unable to use any of these methods, please contact Customer Services who will be able to advise on an alternative method to suit.
For payments on policies we are currently only accepting payments via the telephone using a bank or credit card.
