A number of my contacts on Facebook have been posting about their helping NHS and Keywords by producing life saving Personal Protective Equipment and I was really wanting to help but I don't have the tech to be doing anything like that but what I do have is a rather large audience that care deeply about the NHS. (I used my best Liam Neeson voice there)
So, that is where this article comes in I am putting out an appeal on their behalf to support their project by helping to fund the materials needed.
An update from Chris Fry the man behind the GoFundMe campaign said this in a Facebook comment.
"Close to £1400 on the GoFundMe so far but a long way from the £5k target. At least 1300 3D printed face shields have been printed and delivered/awaiting delivery to the local community. Scrubs, Masks, wash bags, and caps are being produced by the group now.
So if you want to help support the Makers of Eastbourne with a donation of any size please visit the GoFundMe page.
