Here at One Answer we have been busy rolling out our new employee benefits platform; Paul and Trevor, our CEO and MD, wanted to reward staff for their hard work and dedication to the company, so along came Perkbox.
Perkbox is an online platform/app where all One Answer staff can access vouchers for a huge variety of discounts and free things, predominately from well-known brands and chains. This has been immensely popular amongst our staff, in fact 467 perks have been used so far in June alone!
There is an in-house perk section, which is where local businesses come in! We have partnered up with local businesses and they have provided us with discounts for One Answer staff – this has resulted in over 100 new potential customers for them, and products/services at a discounted rate for our staff; this is what we would call a mutually beneficial relationship!
We’re looking for local businesses offering a variety of products/services to join us and receive a place on our perkbox platform. All you need to do is get in touch with the discount you would like to offer, how long it should be valid for and detailing any specific wording or stipulations you would like on the voucher.
