A Morning of Coffee, Conversation and Business Recognition at FOUNDRY
9th February 2026
... Comments

It was a genuinely lovely morning in the BREAKWATER Business Suite at FOUNDRY Eastbourne, with coffee, conversations, and plenty of smiles as thebestof Eastbourne presented recognition certificates to members.

These weren’t decided by panels or judges. They reflect the steady stream of reviews and recommendations shared by local customers throughout the year. Real feedback from real people who’ve taken the time to say “thank you” for great service.

Seeing members collect their certificates in person, catching up, laughing together, and celebrating each other’s progress gave the whole morning a relaxed, community feel. A simple moment, but a proud one.

Huge thanks to Rupert Kirby Photography for stepping in at short notice to capture the day, kindly supporting his JustGiving fundraiser for St Wilfrid’s Hospice. We were very happy to make a donation as a thank you for his time and generosity.

You can see the members who were in attendance and received their certificates in our Facebook album. If you’d like to explore more local businesses and read their reviews, our A to Z business guide brings everything together in one place.

If you’ve had a great experience with a local business, please leave them a recommendation. It might just lead to them being recognised at our 2026 business awards.
