The staff are all very friendly and Ian goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is as pleasant as can be.
We stayed an extra night and got upgraded to a sea view deluxe room - a perfect way to start the year.
The location is fabulous- just opposite the bandstand - for a spot of New Year's Day morning dancing.

I booked a room for my elderly disabled parents on 24/12/17 for 3 nights. Upon arrival we were shown the room which was just what we had requested. The room was extremely clean and well laid out. Some little Xmas extras were placed on the bed which was a lovely gesture.
Unfortunately my father became very unwell during the first night, he was too unwell to continue his stay so we had to check out two days early. The receptionist was very understanding and only charged for the one night, we were expecting a bill for the full duration booked. The customer service is of a very high standard with all staff extremely helpful. We are only sorry that my parents were unable to enjoy the rest of their stay. We strongly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Eastbourne, the location is good, the room was great, not able to comment on the food but I am sure that it would be in keeping with everything else. Great hotel !

Was our 2nd visit.clean rooms ,great beds n bedding.towels n robes beautiful quality.breakfast loads of choice. Restaurant def worth a visit.not alot of choice but what they have is fresh n tasty.bar is lovely too n a nice area to relax in ,day or nite .everyone who works there are polite friendly helpful n are more than capable n comfortable in jumping from one role to another .hotel is run like a well organized home.views are perfect ,n great base to travel along coast, left or right .great value for money .whether your wanting peace,quiet n privacy or company a friendly chat it's your choice..will Definitely be going back .

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were nice and clean with a very comfortable bed. The staff were very friendly and the views we had of the sea were beautiful. I'd definitely recommend it to a friend.

Great place to stay. Good value, very convenient location, friendly staff and excellent food in the restaurant. Rooms that they allocate if you bring a dog aren't so great (but acceptable for the price and other advantages). Booking directly via the hotel's own website means breakfast is included in the price.

Nothing special...But too expensive for the quality. We pay £69 for 1 night without breakfast. I think the price is more about the location which is very good, just in front of the sea. (No views from our room)

Reasonable room for cost facing onto car park (back). VERY small shower and en suite. Comfy beds and nice bedding. Friendly staff.

Room in general was very nice. Cheap but well equipped. The only issues were the lack of WiFi in the room and the fact that the shower tray overflowed while showering. Would stay again.
