The goods were ordered and dispatched the same day in very good packaging, and I was updated via email on on the delivery. I ordered 2 sizes to obtain the correct fitting, and returned one using the supplied postage forms. The refund was given very quickly without delay.

I am living in France,I purchased an Eastpak bag,and despite the distance it was cheaper,it was sent very quickly ,nice big box (transformed temporarily into a hiding and sleeping room for the cat).

I had to return an Eastpak case as the first time I used it one of the internal zips started to pull away from the fabric. This happened before I had left home. I had to use the case for a holiday which involved ten flights and so the case looked well used by the time it was returned. As the problem happened before I had even left home and thus the case was not fit for purpose I felt it should have been replaced but it was only repaired. I have not had chance to use the case since the repair and so do not know the quality of the repair. The service however in collecting and returning the case was very good.
