Having ordered my products from another online retailer only to be contacted after the order was processed to say that they no longer carry that line and that my order had been cancelled.
So I went to UrbanIndustry to see if they were carrying the product I wanted.
THEY WERE!
I booked it online using a voucher code and the process was simple and quick and within 10 minutes I had ordered my products for a very competitive price.
The communication was great - they were in touch within 24 hours to tell me that my order had been dispatched and an expected delivery date.
Come that delivery date and the courier showed up, on time, with my order.
All in all, a very easy transaction with clear and honest communication which made my whole experience a pleasure.

I really like the choice of clothes on the Urban Industry website and have wanted to order a few thingys for a while. Ordered online and received a confirmation email straight away. Been shopping with Urban Industry for a few years now and still remain impressed with the excellent service and product range. They are always first to offer the latest designs and stock a massive product range. The site is clearly laid out with excellent images of the products, so you can see exactly what you are buying. Orders are processed and delivered super quick and the quality of packaging is great - Usually boxed up depending how much you buy. Only ever had to return one item since shopping with Urban - That was just a t-shirt and I didnt like the colour when tried on. Returned with ease, with no questions asked and a full refund immediately upon receipt. Also, you get a loyalty reward for the more you buy - I now get an instant 5% discount at the checkout when I purchase items, which really makes you feel like you are getting something back and that your custom is valued. Would definately recommend you give them a try - This is the only place I go now to buy t's online.

I love Urban Industry. It's got so many brands and most of them I like. Although there are some problems like the website doesn't seem to bring out loads of new stuff very often. The prices are reasonable, and the delivery is ridiculous. ((Quick))
