I have been attending Safia's yoga class on Friday mornings for a few years now. It is a wonderful, calming experience that I always come away from feeling amazing both physically and mentally. The Yoga-Life Studio offers a very varied, full timetable throughout the whole week - something for everyone.

A warm welcome always awaits at the studio. The quality of teaching is outstanding, a class for everybody whatever your yoga experience may be. I have enjoyed many classes and currently am attending Tanya's Rest and Digest on a Saturday morning. Always leave with a huge smile on my face, de-stressed for the weekend.

This is a truly special place, I’ve been lucky enough to do quite a few of the courses now and have enjoyed every single minute. Eva is amazing, her classes are beautiful and inspirational, I always leave feeling completely balanced and relaxed. I’ve been in Eastbourne for a year and a half. I’ve been a yoga enthusiast for many years while living in Cyprus and France where this love was first kindled. When I discovers this lovely studio I was delighted. I haven’t been able to take advantage of the many classes due to work commitments but thank you to the teachers I have enjoyed so far .. Laura, Aggie and Mel. I hope to continue my journey with Yoga and the YogaLife Studio. My studio in Cyprus was named the same! Long may you continue to bring light

I arrived in Eastbourne 6 years ago knowing no one here. But Yoga Life Studio changed all that! I found this beautiful little studio and with that, a community filled with love along side a wonderful array of yoga teachers. I have made some amazing friends here. Yoga is about union, joining together, a real hub. So glad I found YLS. We are truly blessed to have this little gem of a studio.

Very welcoming and a lovely place to practice yoga and relax. Tucked away in a central location I really enjoy coming here. I find having drop in classes a good idea rather than having to sign up to a set number.

Great studio!! Ideal location for me as it’s just round the corner from where I live. I attended a sound/ gong bath with my partner’s mum and we both found it relaxing and healing. I plan to book onto more classes in the new year. Prices are competitive.

The range of classes, and events available are diverse and cover all aspects and styles of Yoga, to suit beginners and the more advanced Yogis, and all age groups. You are never to old to start, and increase your quality of life !There are classes every day of the week to suit your free time . Plus many unusual workshops to suit everyone's individual needs. The studio is spacious, comfortable, and has a friendly welcoming atmosphere . So look no further if you are new to Yoga this the only place to go!

The fabulous reputation of this great little studio has even reached Worthing! I was recommended Yoga Life Studio for aerial yoga and it didn’t disappoint. So wonderful to have a yoga community in Eastbourne, Yoga Life Studio is a hub for all things yoga and is so welcoming and supportive. Such a wide range of class and so many interesting workshops to try out. I love that every Saturday they run a Community Yoga class which is donations only. Amazing to support local charities and give back into the community but also great for anyone that wants to come to yoga but struggles with the cost - very inclusive. I’m so glad I have found the Yoga Life Studio, it really has changed my life in so many ways for the better

Yoga Life Studio is a little haven away fromthe hustle and bustle of Eastbourne. As soon as you enter the courtyard there is an overwhelming sense of calm. They offer classes to suit all moods from restorative to aerial. All the teachers I've experienced have been excellent, full of encouragement and understanding and the students are as welcoming as the tutors. Itravel from Hastings to come to classes here and leave transformed everytime 💜🙏

Yoga at its very best . Always authentic and professionally taught . Very inclusive to any type of Yogi , whatever your experience you can join in . The other thing I love is how they are open to trying new things . Personally I love Sunset Yoga , Beach and although yet to try I would like to try Yoga with Alpacas and Paddle Board Yoga . They really embrace Nature and the basic principles of Yoga . Lots of variety . The only thing stops me doing more is work and finances ....

The Yoga Life Studio has an amazing atmosphere. The Studio itself exudes as sense of calm and tranquillity so you immediately feel at ease. There is a plethora of things that go on there. I teach a 'Rest and Digest' yoga class there on a Saturday morning and I always enjoy 'being' in the Yoga Life Studio as do my class members. If you are looking for a supportive, nurturing, restorative yoga community you will find it here. As many different Classes/Sessions/ Workshops as there are amazing teachers and therapists.

Beautifully calm and welcoming studio in the heart of Eastbourne. There's something for everyone here, there are various classes running throughout the day and evenings and you drop into any class at a time to suit you. There's even a group that meets weekly on the beach if you like the fresh air!! All the teachers are welcoming and knowledgeable and most offer options in their lessons so that beginners right through to advanced yogis are able enjoy the practice. A beautiful calm safe space.
