I love my weekly Yoga session with Safia. It has helped me greatly with my balance, core strength and flexibility. I go to a gentle class, which suitable for everyone and Safia gives us options to change a yoga positions to make it more suitable for the individual. I don’t know why I didn’t start yoga earlier.

They offer a range of classes for all ages and abilities, including yoga for children. It's a lovely studio and very well situated. All the teachers are great and given there are lots of them they seem to run the business extremely efficiently. They even make the most of our beautiful Eastbourne location by having classes on the beach. They really focus on mental health as well in a number of the classes. And they do a community yoga session which is donation payment only - all of which goes to charity.

I run Circus classes here, and I have to say not only is the Yoga Life a beautiful, calm and welcoming space for participants, they are accommodating, organised and supportive of all who use the space to teach in. I have never felt so welcome as an outside practitioner. Thank you Yoga-Life :)

Yoga Life Studio is my favourite studio in Eastbourne. I met a lot of lovely people at the studio. It was always fun, friendly and joyful whenever I was there. Highly recommended it!

In 2018 I travelled from the Channel Islands throughout the year to train with Eva and Wenche to become a yoga teacher. I immediately felt welcome and part of the Eastbourne yoga community. I received a thorough and comprehensive training and am now teaching back in Guernsey. I continue to come over to the Yoga Life Studio for workshops and events. The Studio provides a huge variety of classes and workshops so there is something to suit everyone. I have made lots of friends through the Studio and Eva and Wenche are great mentors and friends. The Studio itself is a calm, beautiful space to practise.

The studio is amazing, a paradise the teachers are ALWAYS BAREFOOT during the lessons, small place so feet are exposed and close to you that you admire them High Definition. Nice and clean all the time lovely lovely. In busy classes the opportunities to admire barefeet during poses like cobra pose of downward dog are even higher.
Thank you all the give me this happiness is my favorite place and favorite feet. I love you. And I wish you success more more and more.

The yoga life studio classes have been amazing in helping me cope with Fybromyalgia..I have come off all my medication since starting yoga there over 6 years ago..It caters for people of all ages and abilities...The range of classes is amazing, in a variety of venues, but primarily at the Studio..Eva ensures that everyone is made welcome and at ease. The studio is a safe and friendly venue , and is a haven where you can have time out from the stress of daily life..There are many other Yogis teaching there offering various styles of Yoga. We are so lucky to have Yoga Life here in Eastbourne its the best and only venue I would recommend..Thanks Eva your a Star...Ellie Bond Aged 71 x

Eva’s classes are amazing and leave you feeling like you have stretched your body and your mind. You leave feeling energised and calm at the same time and somehow you’ve decluttered your brain without even trying. The studio is beautiful and everyone is so warm and friendly. Such a gorgeous homely place...YLS has been my home studio for 15 years and I can't recommend it highly enough. Such a warm welcome to a relaxed yet cosy studio..with knowledgeable and friendly teachers..and so much to choose from...love it! My whole social life has grown from here too..bonus! ♡♡♡

I have been attending Safia's yoga class on Friday mornings for a few years now. It is a wonderful, calming experience that I always come away from feeling amazing both physically and mentally. A warm welcome always awaits at the studio. The quality of teaching is outstanding, a class for everybody whatever your yoga experience may be. I have enjoyed many classes and currently am attending Tanya's Rest and Digest on a Saturday morning. Always leave with a huge smile on my face, de-stressed for the weekend.

This is a truly special place, I’ve been lucky enough to do quite a few of the courses now and have enjoyed every single minute.
