I love Eva’s beach yoga sessions, she is a brilliant teacher, and I always come away relaxed but invigorated and ready to face the day. The yoga and sauna sessions are my favourite, so good for the soul!

I recently facilitated a Moonwater Planet Meditative Movement Sound Bath here with my colleague Kjersti from Here Now Mindfulness and the studio space was truly magical. The energy of the studio is beautiful, as is the room itself. I'll be back again very soon and highly recommend The Yoga Life Studio to practitioners and attendees alike.

Visited Eastbourne few weeks ago and attended a class here before heading home. Wonderful setting and a beautifully paced class.

This is such a beautiful space. So far, I've been to yoga, dance and kirtan (chanting) here. It feels different each time but there's always a very relaxed energy and great sense of community. I love how I keep bumping into the same like-minded people at different classes!

Had a beautiful slow flow class with Franky lastnight, exactly what was needed. The atmosphere was blissful from the essential oils to the singing bowls, a safe space to drop out of reality and into yourself. Thank you again

A beautiful clean studio with a number of wonderful teachers who are very kind and knowledgable. I most recently attended a Yoga Trapeze class taught by Anj and I already can’t wait to come back for more. Her teaching style was very fun and enjoyable making my experience at the studio a memorable one 🤍🤸🏼♂️🧘🏼♀️

Eva's provision through the Yogalife studio is amazing. She is a great teacher and regular participation in her Zoom classes has given me focus and sanity during the last year. She manages to make virtual contact really personal and provides a fantastic balance of physical, mental and spiritual in her classes. Provision of online membership has been a great addition, allowing access to classes at times convenient to me, and enabling me to sample different teachers and approaches.
