During the Covid 19 Lockdown, Eva has enabled all of us to continue our yoga classes from the Stable via ZOOM...This has ensured we can benefit from the amazing range of classes, as well as keeping in touch with all our yogi friends via this app. So non of us feel alone and isolated during this difficult time . Thank you Eva for all the hard work you have done to ensure we can all continue with Yoga . You are an inspiration to us all x

I had never joined a Yoga class before and have found the on-line sessions in these difficult times extremely good for my well being. Eva's sessions are really friendly and you feel so much better afterwards!

Yoga Life Studio is a beautiful space which is conveniently located on the outskirts of Eastbourne town centre. It is easy to get to and there is plenty of paid or free parking nearby. The teachers are all so welcoming and approachable. There is a huge range of classes, workshops, activities and meet-ups. They have lots of information on their website and social media which helps when wanting to find out more.

With lockdown people were missing out on their yoga classes which especially in these troubling times are vital for their mental and physical wellbeing.Eva quickly turned the studio into an online studio meaning that students could access classes.It has been brilliant and the yoga studio online community continues to grow offering a safe space when things get too much x

I found the Yoga Life Studio last year and it was one of the best things I’ve done.
I’m not the fittest person, I’m 50 and in the heavy side, I hadn’t done yoga before,does this matter? Absolutely not. I have been made to feel so welcome by all the instructors. There is a variety of classes to suit all, my flexibility, balance and mental health has improved more than I ever thought.
Now with recent events online yoga has been sorted and I don’t think my mental health would be so good without this. Thanks you thank you to all the wonderful instructors at this time and to Eva for sorting 🙏

Beautiful studio with light airy space during the day and is warm and cosy in the evenings. Just what you need; Inspiring and passionate teachers, I've been lucky enough to enjoy classes from the lovely Ruth, the lovely Eva and the lovely Alice who give the studio it's strong community feel and make everyone feel so welcome. I would thoroughly reccomend the yogalife studio. xx

The studio offers a way to deal with the hectic pace of life. For me this was discovered in Ruth's class. Far more than a yoga lesson. I would recommend Ruth's classes to anybody who wishes to find themselves in a new improved headspace.

Feel instantly relaxed as soon as I walk in to the Yoga Life Studio. So cosy and welcoming. My favourite night of the week is Yoga Nidra, cake and kindness with the lovely Georgina. Also really enjoying beginners yoga with Chantelle.

I tried my first ever yoga class here on Friday and the yoga teacher Chantell was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable. It was nice to take some time out from the ’normal’ daily life and just unwind. I hope to take part again and I love that it’s flexible, you can just go along when it suits.
