They offer a range of classes for all ages and abilities, including yoga for children. It's a lovely studio and very well situated. All the teachers are great and given there are lots of them they seem to run the business extremely efficiently. They even make the most of our beautiful Eastbourne location by having classes on the beach. They really focus on mental health as well in a number of the classes. And they do a community yoga session which is donation payment only - all of which goes to charity.

In 2018 I travelled from the Channel Islands throughout the year to train with Eva and Wenche to become a yoga teacher. I immediately felt welcome and part of the Eastbourne yoga community. I received a thorough and comprehensive training and am now teaching back in Guernsey. I continue to come over to the Yoga Life Studio for workshops and events. The Studio provides a huge variety of classes and workshops so there is something to suit everyone. I have made lots of friends through the Studio and Eva and Wenche are great mentors and friends. The Studio itself is a calm, beautiful space to practise.

The studio is amazing, a paradise the teachers are ALWAYS BAREFOOT during the lessons, small place so feet are exposed and close to you that you admire them High Definition. Nice and clean all the time lovely lovely. In busy classes the opportunities to admire barefeet during poses like cobra pose of downward dog are even higher.
Thank you all the give me this happiness is my favorite place and favorite feet. I love you. And I wish you success more more and more.
