I found the Yoga Life Studio last year and it was one of the best things I’ve done.
I’m not the fittest person, I’m 50 and in the heavy side, I hadn’t done yoga before,does this matter? Absolutely not. I have been made to feel so welcome by all the instructors. There is a variety of classes to suit all, my flexibility, balance and mental health has improved more than I ever thought.
Now with recent events online yoga has been sorted and I don’t think my mental health would be so good without this. Thanks you thank you to all the wonderful instructors at this time and to Eva for sorting 🙏

Beautiful studio with light airy space during the day and is warm and cosy in the evenings. Just what you need; Inspiring and passionate teachers, I've been lucky enough to enjoy classes from the lovely Ruth, the lovely Eva and the lovely Alice who give the studio it's strong community feel and make everyone feel so welcome. I would thoroughly reccomend the yogalife studio. xx

The studio offers a way to deal with the hectic pace of life. For me this was discovered in Ruth's class. Far more than a yoga lesson. I would recommend Ruth's classes to anybody who wishes to find themselves in a new improved headspace.

Feel instantly relaxed as soon as I walk in to the Yoga Life Studio. So cosy and welcoming. My favourite night of the week is Yoga Nidra, cake and kindness with the lovely Georgina. Also really enjoying beginners yoga with Chantelle.

I tried my first ever yoga class here on Friday and the yoga teacher Chantell was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable. It was nice to take some time out from the ’normal’ daily life and just unwind. I hope to take part again and I love that it’s flexible, you can just go along when it suits.

A gorgeous, welcoming space offering a wide variety of classes at different times of day throughout the week, making yoga available to all. It's more than just the classes making this place special..it's the combination of a team of yoga loving facilitators and a growing number of loyal regulars, creating an amazing community within the town. Eastbourne has in the past had a reputation for being old fashioned, with not much going on... boy is that changing... and the Yoga Life Studio is a shining example of positive change and development. A gem!
