This is beautiful, peaceful place, quiet and serene - just what you want from a yoga studio. All the teachers I have encountered have been quietly inspirational - led by the lovely Eva, who organises the classes and is herself a wonderful teacher.

YogaLife Studios is definitely my preferred venue for hosting events in Eastbourne. The location is superb - centrally located in Little Chelsea but tucked away it provides an oasis of calm, warmth and magic! I love hosting soundbaths here, the vaulted ceilings lend themselves to wonderful acoustics and the energies in the room pave the way for profound transformation. It is also a wonderful space for other events I host such as shamanic sessions and circles. Eva is always an amazing support for therapists, incredibly efficient and helpful. Thank you Eva, thank you Yogalife Studios!

I am 77 years old and my partner is 83. We have been doing Yoga for the past 11 years, at least 3 times a week !! The benefits to our mobility and well being has been phenomenal xxx Plus we have made some very special likeminded friends , its not just a venue to do Yoga, but the social side has been awesome !! As a group we always gather for coffee and a chat afterwards xxx If you have never been to a Yoga class before , be assured you will be made very welcome, and supported within the group , and taught by fully qualified instructors at a pace to suit your individual needs. Eva Kristlova runs the studio and we usually go to all her classes , as they suit our specific needs x There are many other amazing instructors available there to cater for all , depending on whether you are looking for advanced energetic yoga or more relaxed sessions , and newcomers . The classes run every day at times to fit into your spare time. So do not hesitate and come along and give yourselves a treat xxx

Wonderful and magical yoga on the beach this morning with Eva. So pleased we decided to chance the rain and come along, the sun shone and the yoga against the backdrop of crashing waves was exhilarating. Can’t wait to do it again, thank you so much x

I love Eva’s beach yoga sessions, she is a brilliant teacher, and I always come away relaxed but invigorated and ready to face the day. The yoga and sauna sessions are my favourite, so good for the soul!

I recently facilitated a Moonwater Planet Meditative Movement Sound Bath here with my colleague Kjersti from Here Now Mindfulness and the studio space was truly magical. The energy of the studio is beautiful, as is the room itself. I'll be back again very soon and highly recommend The Yoga Life Studio to practitioners and attendees alike.

Visited Eastbourne few weeks ago and attended a class here before heading home. Wonderful setting and a beautifully paced class.
Thoroughly enjoyed the experience and would certainly recommend this studio. It's a shame I don't love closer or I'd be back regularly

This is such a beautiful space. So far, I've been to yoga, dance and kirtan (chanting) here. It feels different each time but there's always a very relaxed energy and great sense of community. I love how I keep bumping into the same like-minded people at different classes!
