Not only is this a fabulous salon to visit. The gentle tranquility is like a therapy in itself + the atmosphere is really welcoming.<br>Gary’s my stylist + he’s not only a very nice person, he conducts every aspect himself which I love. My hair is the best it’s been for at least a decade + he cuts to perfection.<br>If you’re looking for the best, then you’ll find it here…

Had a hair conditioning treatment here and the staff are all pleasant and welcoming. Having been so many salons ove the years and had evey colour every invented I would say that the Salon is one of the better ones. See you very soon.

My first visit today to The Grove Experience Salon,kind of nervous as not all hairdressers knows how to deal Asian hair but so speechless and impressed with the outcome👏👏👏can’t thank you enough to Sally and Mia for all their patience and effort to provide the outcome that I want..The Grove experience was really worthwhile to visit from very welcoming and so much polite staff, nourishment served as you need, place so hygienically cleaned,friendly environment and big bonus having a massaged on reclining chair from head to toe while having a hair washed and hair treatments it’s awesome.it’s all worth your money..Looking forward for my next visit🥰🙏

I made an appointment as a model, for a trainee hairdresser, at The Grove Experience (who run a hairdresser course). The day I was a model, the main teacher (Gary Yoong) and Jemma looked after me. I had my roots dyed, scattered highlights, thinning of hair and a cut. I was given a hair wash and a dry as well.<br><br>The customer experience was brilliant, as I was often offered coffees. The haircut experience was very professional and while I was getting my hair washed, the chair gave me a soothing massage as well. It was one of the best experiences I have had as a model. I will certainly be returning as a model!<br><br>Gary Yoong was a great teacher and overlooked Jemma and they both did a great job and I highly recommend them both if you want to be a model at The Grove Experience.<br><br>Best,<br><br>Nina Heer

I went here to get my hair dyed i got it done by a lovely girl Billy she was polite and friendly she was very attentive asking me if i was OK whilst putting on the dye and chatting to me whist having it done and when she came back to wash the dye out she sat me in this lovely chair that raises your legs up and gives you a massage she was great at washing my hair asking me if the water was OK and not to hot and also gave me a lovely head massage when i went back to get it dried she asked me how i wanted it styled also the bill was not expensive it was just what i expected to pay as my hair turned out beautiful all in all I'm very happy and will definitely be going back again.

Great service as always at this wonderful salon and on this occasion the lovely Mia, one of there rising students, who is also not far from graduating this year, delivered a very mature and top service giving me a great hairstyle and I left the salon feeling like a new woman, a big thank you to the continued great teachings of all the team who always show how much they care about their clients aswell as one another and the future generations of hairdressers. Would always recommend x

This review is long overdue, but could not be happier with the service provided by Billie and Tom for my hair colour and hairstyling. (My hair has stayed a really lovely colour even without the need for purple shampoo!) They both took the time to make me feel welcome and listened to in the colour consultation and throughout. Thank you, looking forward to coming back!

Had hair done by jemma in the academy downstairs, I was a model, the cut was amazing and the teacher Tom was there to over see things, the trainees always check with Tom before moving on to the next stage, would definitely recommend helping these trainees progress, I'm booking my next appointment 😀 👍

Absolutely incredible transformation today at the grove experience. I went from being a deep red (years of red colouring) to a baby blonde and it looks fantastic. Gary and the girls are all super friendly and talked me through every stage and made my time there comfortable and enjoyable. I am so in love with my hair and cannot recommend this salon enough. Another great haircut with Amiee at the Grove Experience. Everything is clean & your temperature is taken when you arrive plus hand sanitiser is available & social distancing is followed. Everyone makes you feel so welcome & spoilt. The massage chair is so relaxing while your hair is being washed & I can throughly recommend the hot chocolate, which comes with cream & marshmallows if desired. Aimee is lovely & really listens to what you have to say & offers thoughtful suggestions. . I am more than happy to give 5 stars to to the Grove Experience.

Had my hair cut by one of the girls in training (So sorry, but can't remember her name only that she was from Albania!) and wow, I am so very pleased with the results.<br><br>Well worth a visit on Tuesdays or Thursdays for discounted haircuts by the girls in training.<br><br>The owner Gary was there to oversee every step and I felt very comfortable and had every faith in her.<br><br>Thank you!

Had my first ever salon experience in 23 years. To say I was nervous is an understatement! My appointment was with Amy and she was absolutely fabulous, went through everything step by step and really made me feel comfortable and at ease. I went to the Grove Experience for the first time and had my appointment with Kara. She made me feel comfortable from the start talking through what style I wanted and I was offered delicious refreshments. The head massage and massage chair experience were amazing. So pleased with my hair cut and blow dry, can't wait to come back!

changing hairdressers is never easy and I’d been going to the same salon in Guildford for fifteen years. I moved to Eastbourne in the summer and the thought of travelling to Guildford for haircut seemed silly so I did an online search late one evening and found the Grove Experience. The website was fab, a goldmine of information, and to my surprise and delight I could book online with the stylist of my choice. I always value a stylist who knows how to do precision cuts and the Grove had a choice. And I was in luck, there was availability on the Friday evening. This salon is open way beyond office hours! I am thrilled with my cut and restyle from Gary. He gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing and he explained how to achieve the same effect at home.
