I love this place in particular Erin really does a great job on my Barnet, this year she has helped transform me from a brunette to platinum blond and I couldn't be happier! The experience is great, lovely drinks polite staff and a lovely head massage and the great massage chairs for a more comfortable hair wash! So good I can't actually go anywhere else!

I had my haircut with Remy. She listened to my requirements and talked me through the best options. She washed and shampoo'd my hair herself which was really nice as my previous salon usually leaves me with the apprentice. The shampoo and conditioner smelt lovely and I really enjoyed the massage chair, the cappuchino was good too. It was an enjoyable experience.

5star Had my first experience with Gary today....greeted with a smile and cheery hello.shown to seat and offered a drink...but not just a coffee...cute glass holding sugar, love heart sweeties and biscuits...nice touch.Gary asked what I had in mind and we chose a style to suit my hair colour. Then the hair wash...well what an experience..subtle lighting and a chair that you controlled for your comfort,complete with built in massager.totally relaxing hair wash and the first time ever didn't get soaked! Gary explained what technique he would be using during the cutting process..so I sat relaxed whilst he went to work..hair now cut and Gary showed me the various products he would using. Very happy with end result..feel years younger with my choppy,funky sorta pixie cut. Thanks Gary..will certainly be back ...<br>February 27, 2016 ·

I have been using the Grove Experience for 2 1/2 years roughly now with 2 different hair dressers in the time, both were lovely and both knew what they were doing, great place, great service, reasonably priced.

I have always hated having my hair cut, it's something i've spent my life dreading and avoiding (for months on end!) and going from salon to salon trying to find somewhere i feel comfortable. Finally, the Grove Experience was pointed my way. No longer do i give a 2nd thought to booking in and heading down for my 6 weekly appointment which i book after each visit. The staff are welcoming and so knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble and they are always full of idea's and suggestions. It's also so lovely that often little Daisy is there to welcome me, with her hair looking fab too! She helps give the Salon a lovely relaxed feel. Thanks too all at GE!

Amazing salon, friendly people and relaxed atmosphere. Totally thrilled with my long bob created by Sally from very long hair! I donated my hair to the little princess trust. I can't recommend The Grove Experience enough, especially Lucy. Everyone I met was polite, friendly and enthusiastic. I gave Lucy a bit of a challenge to chop my fairly long hair off into a pixie cut and she did an amazing job that has received numerous compliments from friends, family and neighbours! The salon experience was second to none: a nice choice of refreshments, up to date magazines, massage chairs at the hair washing station, lovely scalp massage given during hair wash... I honestly couldn't be happier. Thank you so much! Xx

What a fab experience today. Felt really pampered and was really treated getting my hair done. Never felt relaxed having my haircut before. Anete did an amazing job and I would and will highly recommend her. Yummy hot chocolate, massage chair, head and neck massage, haircut and finish. A wonderful experience! Right from the beginning until the end. I was made to feel so welcome a warm and friendly environment and even though it was busy, everyone had a friendly smile and there was a happy buzz. You get a refreshments list which caters for all from tea, coffee, hot chocolate, to sparkling/still iced water with a slice!! The lather room was a really nice experience, the lights and the music were most calming and i had the massage chair on too which was sooo relaxing, also the head massage whilst having my hair wash was so relaxing! I had Jess, who was lovely, she had lots of knowledge and advice to give. 10/10! I will definately be returning :)

My first visit and from now on my regular hairdressers. Thank you to Erin for a lovely cut and finish and advice given on my hair. I am truly amazed I had not heard of The Grove Experience before and have told my friends of not only an excellent hairdresser but the extras!!! lovely choice of menu and the bronze, silver and gold service that is supplied all in a quieter area with soft lighting, something I have not had with previous hairdressers! If you want to have a good haircut/colour and be just a little spoilt, I can recommend.

If you want a great cut in a lovely, chic, friendly salon, then visit as soon as possible, you will not be disappointed. Kiki, I cant thank you enough. After spending what seems to have been an age, being so unhappy with my hair, I am now over the moon with the cut and colour. It has changed me completely and I have gained a lot of my confidence back. The salon has such a lovely atmosphere and I felt completely pampered. Needless to say, I cant wait till my next visit.

A lovely welcome, great coffee and a superb haircut. Not always easy for a man to walk in to a Hairdressers, but Gary, Gio and the Team make you feel very welcome. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

I had an excellent cut and finish from Kiki - including a fantastic head massage as part of my time in the rather cool and funky 'lather lounge' where you lay back on reclining, massaging chairs for your hair wash!<br><br>I visited again for a half price colour soon after (that is offered on a Sunday and Monday) - very useful to have the option to go to the hairdressers on a Sunday as a busy mum and business owner. Excellent advice on my colour. Great to mix and match who finished my hair to keep costs down too.<br><br>Great service and great hair! Love all the extra little touches - including a menu of drinks and a loyalty card with extra offers.

I love this place and look forward to my appointments where all the staff make an effort to get to know you and make you feel welcome. They work as a team which is a great atmosphere to be surrounded by. The physical environment allows you to step out of your busy world and relax whilst you are there. We all deserve a little pampering so why not once every few weeks? You are rewarded for being loyal and introducing other people. I can chat or just be quiet depending on how I feel without feeling awkward for doing either. I emerge feeling valued and gorgeous.... works for me!
