I had an appointment with Ava and from start to finish she was absolutely delightful. Very friendly, talked me through every step of the service including why she was cutting my hair the way she did. I cannot recommend the Grove enough, definitely a place I would go again and again

Not as satisfied as I was at my last appointment, which I attended last year. But the stylist did her best, quite calm, soft spoken and well-mannered. The salon is rather luxurious.

I had another fabulous cut by Kiki. I have been going to the Grove Experience for a number of years, every visit feels like a real pamper day and every cut and / or colour has been gorgeous. The online booking makes it so easy to get the date and time I want. Highly recommend and cannot wait for my next visit for my colour.

Went to the grove experience today after being recommended by my cousin to get my haircut by Millie. Really recommend her! She cut my hair really nicely and made it look so thick and healthy. I listened to her advice on what would suit me and it didn’t disappoint, she’s very kind and there wasn’t any awkward silences the convo was nice and flowing. Im a mum of 2 under 2 and probably fell asleep twice during the wash/cut/blowdry lol but she made me feel very comfortable didn’t judge and just told me to sit back and relax. I trust her with my hair a lot it felt like I’ve been going to her for years! I had a refer a friend card from my cousin which allowed me to get 50% off so got my hair done for under £30?! Bargain especially for the experience you get. Lots of refreshments and exceeded my expectations. Thanks Millie you made me feel very happy and will only be getting my hair done by you now ☺️

We walked in today for advice. My daughter had put some colour in her hair and hated it. The owner was happy to help and treated her hair, getting rid of most of the colour. She is very happy. Great customer service.

The entire atmosphere at the salon is incredible calm and welcoming. I am someone who avoids getting their hair cut (I even went 4 years without cutting my hair) but I have come here twice already this year and felt confident enough to trust my stylist fully with my cut.
