I had an excellent cut and finish from Kiki - including a fantastic head massage as part of my time in the rather cool and funky 'lather lounge' where you lay back on reclining, massaging chairs for your hair wash!<br><br>I visited again for a half price colour soon after (that is offered on a Sunday and Monday) - very useful to have the option to go to the hairdressers on a Sunday as a busy mum and business owner. Excellent advice on my colour. Great to mix and match who finished my hair to keep costs down too.<br><br>Great service and great hair! Love all the extra little touches - including a menu of drinks and a loyalty card with extra offers.

I love this place and look forward to my appointments where all the staff make an effort to get to know you and make you feel welcome. They work as a team which is a great atmosphere to be surrounded by. The physical environment allows you to step out of your busy world and relax whilst you are there. We all deserve a little pampering so why not once every few weeks? You are rewarded for being loyal and introducing other people. I can chat or just be quiet depending on how I feel without feeling awkward for doing either. I emerge feeling valued and gorgeous.... works for me!

I changed to the Grove when Kiki left Great Hair salon in the Eastbourne Sovereign Harbour. She is a terrific hairdresser and stylist and I cannot recommend her highly enough. My only complaint is that the salon owner, Gary, wanders round looking as miserable as sin and in my visits has never said hello to me or any other customers coming into his salon which is a definite black mark and why I can only give the place four rather than five stars. Everyone else in there is both friendly and helpful.
