I love how everyone at the practice is friendly and knowledgeable. They make you feel valued and welcome every time you visit. The toothbrush recycling box is a great feature and really impressed with the practices non plastic approach. The most amazing staff and I always recommend to friends and family.
Another fantastic experience today. Ali you are just amazing! The way in which the COVID shutdown and reopening has been handled has been brilliant. I felt extremely safe and looked after today. Thank you.

i had my first visit with Tori this week. I am a very anxious lady but Tori made me feel so at ease . I came out of there a little excited to be on my journey to a healthier mouth and a much nicer smile. Thankyou

I have now been to the dentist and the hygienist and I am really impressed. In the past I have had bad experiences with both but no more! The staff are wonderful and kind and I will definitely have no more fears. What a lovely place, I wish I had gone to them earlier!

Very reassuring, friendly & helpful staff. I had my first consultation on Tuesday; I was apprehensive beforehand having been to other dental practices that really seem to be more about the money than about what is right for the patient. The consultation was informative, helpful and the dentist herself (Tori) spent time going through the options for treatment with me. Thoroughly recommend the practice and the team and feel much more confident about the work that needs to be done. Thank you to all at The Dental Barn.

My first time with Ali for a Hygienist appointment. I’d had an awful experience elsewhere so was nervous but Ali made me feel comfortable and relaxed. My teeth were cleaned and polished and sparkling when I left. Very impressed. I will be back regularly now. Thank you 😊

The Dental Barn... The most helpful and kind dentist in the world... Possibly the universe?!?! Sadly, they don't do NHS patients, but don't let that put you off. They go way beyond the roll of dentist, to put you at ease, I only asked advice and they truly went above and beyond to help me. The videos with Alison are like several g&t with vallium to put the most anxious patient at ease! Super impressed!

I love Alison’s video advice that is shared on social media. Having been taught how to clean my teeth using an electric toothbrush I thought my mouth was pretty clean until the video about the water jet. When I spotted a deal on one I purchased it right away and WOW my mouth feels amazingly clean. Brilliant advice as always, thank you so much.

Well what can II say people who no me know how hard it has been for me for years to find a good dentist and how frighten I was as I suffer from really bad gums from having crohn's and when I say I am petrified of the dentist I really really was, well that was before I had no choice but to find a dentist in a hurry as on the way home from London I got hit by accident by someone getting off the train as I was getting on I got hit in the mouth and broke my front tooth I tried all over and then I called The Dental Barn from the moment I called they fitted me in straight away and from the moment I walked through the door I felt at ease checked all my teeth fitted me in few days later to have the repair, the lovely Laura was so kind understand and very gentle and made a fantastic job in repairing my teeth can not thank her enough, then I returned to see Alison the hygienist after 45 minutes I came out of there a new woman I have found a dentist for life and I am not saying I am not afraid any more but I just know it will be worth going and when it comes to cost they are cheaper than most and they worth every penny for a first class service Thank you all so so much looking forward to my nest appointment Debbie H

The staff make you so welcome, they take time to talk through treatment and make time to allay any fears and phobias patients might have with visits to a dentist. They all take an interest in you as a person, not just as a patient. I cannot recommend the practice highly enough.

Meeting Ali and her team has been amazing. They are all so kind and welcoming. Ali took the time to explain my treatment something which puts you at ease and is very reassuring. Ali is very knowledgeable. Easy parking and easy to find in lovely surroundings. Everything is well presented and lovely and clean and comfortable. I left smiling after entering being very nervous. Karen was so helpful and puts you at ease when you arrive at the Dental Barn. I am definitely so glad I found Ali and her team at the Dental Barn.

Going to the Dental Barn really doesn't feel like the stereotype of having to visit the Dentist. The experience starts with the location which is a short distance from Hailsham but in the country. No stress trying to find a parking space or dealing with the hustle & bustle of a town centre. Karen, the receptionist, is always welcoming with a smile and hello, the waiting area is quiet and rarely busy with tea or coffee on offer (as well as the obligatory WiFi). Alison, the owner & hygienist, is always happy and bubbly, in fact all the staff are friendly and charming. It is more like a visit to old friends than sitting back in the dentist chair.
Of course, all this would be for nothing if the treatments themselves were not up to standard. However, I have always been treated extremly well in this respect; advised of recommended procedures and costs explained in simple and no-pressure terms.
I've been to a few dental practices over the years as I've travelled around the country but The Dental Barn stands out for me as a shining example of how things can be done when the patient is put first, made to feel at ease and the staff pay attention to every detail.

After years of avoiding the dentist I was recommended the Dental Barn. Ali and her team are a wonderfully caring, understanding and thoroughly professional. They gave given me the confidence to seat in the dentist/hygienist chair again. Their advice has been brilliant and this may seem strange but it's a pleasure to visit them. Would recommend to anyone especially those if a nervous nature.

I love this Dental surgery as it always so welcoming. The practice has high professional standards and is extremely clean. Parking is easy right by the surgery. The atmosphere inside is tranquil and calming and is not in the least intimidating - I would strongly recommend it for nervous patients. Allie is very knowledgeable and provides up to date advice. She is always encouraging and I leave feel very enthused.

For many people it is probably difficult to make anything "dental" seem inviting or attractive but the whole team at the Dental Barn work together to minimize the unpleasant associations and encourage participation in a joint approach to keeping your teeth and gums healthy. This is no mean task but they use a variety of skills both dental and patient orientated to achieve this goal . Smiles all round !

Lovely atmosphere and brilliant staff. Had a session with Anna lasting 90mins and she was so caring. Looking forward to my next treatment. No pain was the promise and it was kept.
