Arriving late one evening after a long day of travel and exploring we were advised by our hotel to try this eatery. The best advice we had on this trip. We were made to feel very welcome by all the lovely staff. Our food was delicious and the wine fantastic. I wish we lived nearer as I would make this my favourite place to eat.

This is our favourite restaurant in Eastbourne and have been many times. The food is outstanding whatever you order both good quality, fresh and amazing flavours. Service is professional and friendly and will adapt any meal to suit you. Big variety for vegetarians and a separate gluten free menu as well as all pizzas adapted to gluten free. Great atmosphere-a real buzz. Best to book as very popular with locals and tourists alike. Good for family, groups or couples.

We rang and booked a table for 9. Unfortunately when we arrived the booking wasn't on their list, however after a quick phone call they confirmed we had made the booking and despite the restaurant being incredibly busy they sorted us a table within five minutes. The food was really good, we had a range between us; fish, meat, pasta, pizza, risotto and salad and everyone enjoyed their meals. The puddings were also delicious.

The service is excellent and quick, but if you need longer no pressure is put on you. The food was delicious, all 4 of us had different dishes, from fish to vegetarian, pasta and pizza and we were all very pleased with what we had.

My husband and I visited the day before the Brighton Marathon without a reservation and the staff kindly squeezed us into the restaurant on a busy Saturday evening. We shared a starter of calamari, which they kindly brought on individual plates and my Spaghetti dello Chef was very good, as was my husband's pizza. Unfortunately we were too full to try the desserts we saw being served to other tables.

The restaurant is excellent the staff very helpful and polite and witty. We were recommended to an amazing Bottle Wine Italian of course. Service and Food can be recommended and will definitely return. Made me a special chicken risotto not even on menu no problem to them and the best I have ever tasted thank you

My husband organised a surprise dinner here for fifteen people to celebrate my birthday.He said they couldn't have been more helpful when he made the booking and didn't even want a deposit !
Dealing with such a large party can be tricky but all the orders were taken correctly and everything arrived at the right time. The food was great,very tasty and well presented and the wine excellent.

My first visit to Pomodoro e Mozzarella last night with 3 girlfriends.....A buzzy atmosphere, great food with an extensive menu to choose from.. I had the Medallions of Fillet Steak in a peppercorn and brandy sauce which was cooked to perfection. The presentation of the food was excellent.....Best to book as to secure a table... will definitely become a regular...

Arrived 15 minutes before closing was ask to order asap so kitchen staff could go home this weekend did the food and house wine was excellent the waiting staff were superb they waited for us to finish and was never rushed

We have just stayed in Eastbourne for two nights and both nights dined here. Each time we come to Eastbourne this is the restaurant we head for.
Good, well cooked and well presented food with a great choice. The staff are superb, really friendly and attentive without being in the way. The menu is reasonably priced. Always a lovely atmosphere as it is so busy, it's quite a large restaurant and they would probably fit you in but on a Tues and Wed we were glad we had booked.We will definitely return and highly recommend.

Had a lovely lunch here recently. Excellent food. Friendly staff. Nice wine ! We were on our way for a matinee at the theatre. Actually got a discount with our tickets. ! Will certainly visit again.

We haven't been here for years. Why oh why??? We went to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary last night, keeping it low key and unannounced. Service was spot on, neither too fussy nor too ignored, just perfect. Food was exactly what we ordered, no surprises or shocks. Could perhaps have done with four slices of garlic bread rather than three seeing as we were a couple sharing it with our starters, but hey, I'd probably have been over full by the end of my meal if I'd eaten another morsel. Main courses were lovely and flavoursome, desserts the same, nothing was unexpectedly negative. The bill was unexpectedly positive! Fifty six quid all in for a lovely meal in a lovely environment with attentive staff and superb chefs. We won't be leaving it so long before the next visit that's for sure.

We were very hungry after a long walk and came here for a meal. I thought it reasonably priced. The service was very good, all staff were really helpful. We had salads which were delicious and then I had Cassata as a treat. There is a good choice of dishes on the menu.

Great family run restaurant with delicious food and excellent service. We arrived late being let down by the pub at Beachy Head. The restaurant was very busy with many familis dining. The staff did fantastic job finding a table for us. We found staff very helpfull, with great sense of humor and very proffesional. Owner was in the restaurant personally lookin after the clients. Food was fantastic and I would personally recommend sirloin steak in pepper sauce. Great for family dining. Parking was free as it was Sunday. After dinner you can enjoy a walk alongbthe main promenade.

Made to feel very welcome and the food is great. Even managed to find something that my dad would eat. He likes traditional British food. I had a salad and there was so much if it and presented amazingly. Only disappointment was my dessert. Profiteroles. Not what I expected. Would not chose them again. Service was good and staff friendly.

Amazing food, had a really nice cheesy garlic bread with caramelised onions starter, brilliant main but can't remember what it was called. Was too full for a desert so had a lovely pina colada instead

We had a large group of 20 eat here last year. The food is very nice although not particularly adventurous - standard UK Italian restaurant fare.
