We were a group of 27 and had a table in the room downstairs to ourselves. The service was excellent waiters polite and food excellent.

6 of us had no problem getting a table. We all had starters and mains (a few had desert). Starters were absolutely delicious (highly recommend the bruscetta, very fresh tomatoes!) Pizza was brilliant and the dessert good. Service was incredibly quick and really friendly and attentive staff. Three courses cost me £13.30

On arrival, we noticed how busy it was:always a promising sign! No booking but no problem, a table was found and we were made to feel welcome and comfortable. Recommended by our Hotel manager and we were not disappointed. Had the set 3 course menu (£13.30) and had excellent value for money, and to add to the pleasure 10% discount. Would recommend all lovers of anything Italian food-wise, must visit!!

On my recent business trip to Eastbourne Pomodoro e Mozzarella was a short stroll from my apartment
After a long day on the road I arrived to a very busy restaurant at around 9pm on a Tuesday night
The service was very good
The food was very pleasant but not exactly memorable?

walked in and staff were very helpful and even though the place was packed they managed to find a table for 2. Food was amazing and a great choice and price was god to.

We visited before heading off for a show in Eastbourne. The food was excellent, one of the best Italians I have had for a long time, so much better than the chain restaurants. It was also very reasonably priced, around £20 a head for 2 courses including drinks.

We ate here 4 years ago and decided to eat here again. Our experience this time was just as good as last time. We had the 3 course menu and were not disappointed.The food was very tasty, well presented and certainly not small portions.
Staff were polite and helpful.
The foot fall says it all, there are continue customers coming and going so it has to be popular with the locals and holiday makers. We will use this place again when we return to Eastbourne

We went their to celebtrate my Birthday. The service was very good and the staff were attentive. The meals we all had were very tasty. Would definitely recommend this restaurant. Hope it won't be too long before we go again!

We stopped by without a booking and were accommodated by friendly staff. The food was great, the value was excellent and it was an overall good evening. It was fun for three Canadians to get an authentic Italian experience.

Came here on the bank holiday weekend. Food was not bad, not too expensive but “service” virtually non existent. Minimal staff interaction, served by different people, no one to ask if everything okay or if we wanted anything else. But maybe that’s all you can expect when you order a couple of pastas and a couple of beers.

We were staying in Eastbourne and tried pomodoro after reading reviews. Very friendly staff and good menu. We chose from set menu, the aubergine and cheese starter was excellent. Would be happy to visit again.

Excellent service, a great menu choice. Never had a bad meal on the many occasions we have visited. Thoroughly recommended and definitely will be coming back on our return to Eastbourne.

We visited for lunch on 1 May 2018. My starter was Prawn Salad which was beautifully presented with a wrap around cucumber.My main was spaghetti Bolognese which I really enjoyed. My score 9 out of 10.
My friend had funghi trifolati (mushrooms) followed by pizza margherita with one piece of fresh basil. He scored his meal a 8 out of 10.Cost £13-30 each.

We went on a Sunday night thinking it would be quiet, but it wasn’t so always book.We had a three course meal which we just couldn’t fault, all cooked to perfection and the tastes were amazing.
All the waiters were very attentive, service was quick and it’s nice to look at the photos on the wall on people that have visited, Ed Sheeran being one of them.Fantastic.
