Lunch was not looking a great prospect until, quite by accident, we stumbled on Pomodoro e Mozzarella. I was a bit put off by the long menu - can they really do all these dishes? No problem, based on our experience. Parmigiana di melanzane was rated better than some in Italy and my salimbocca alla romana was very good. Desserts were delicious. Service was friendly and swift - the whole place is clearly run very efficiently.

Got fillet steak chips and a tiny amount of mushrooms and tomatoes £23.50 plus £8.00 delivery Really not worth the money. It was just ok

Simply amazing, the most friendly staff possible. Food was incredibly tasty and had a very decent portion at a excellent price, would without a doubt recommend.

We’ve been coming here for years. Brilliant food and service as always. Authentic Italian food (my Nonna is from Naples so we have Italian heritage) Highly recommend.

Went in a party of 5 on a Friday mid evening. Restaurant is big, bustling and lively.
We found service to be good, friendly and on the ball. Food was reasonably priced and lovely, very nicely presented. My cozze/mussel starter was generous and one if the best I've had. It is easy to see why it is so deservedly popular.

Went for a meal last night and the food was amazing. The only thing that let it down was the cost of drinks. Half pint of lager £5 (why?). Plus long wait for main meal although they were busy. Plus very little effort made from the waiter.

A regular haunt whenever we visit Eastbourne. Always assured of a great atmosphere, superb service and delicious authentic Italian fayre. Have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant..

Turned up on a busy night and still managed to get seated! Incredibly grateful!. I have eaten carbonara at a few Italians around but Pomodoro's is far superior! Thankyou for a great evening I'll be back!

Every single moment spent there, it has been delightful!!! The service, and the stuff members, were at a very high standard. The place looks amazing, and the toilets are sparkling!!!<br>Least buy not last, the food is FANTASTIC!!! I never ate such a fresh and flavoured dish!!! The kids LOVED the pizza, chicken fingers/goujons and fish & chips.<br>We had dinner at first, and we came back next day for lunch, which it was nothing less!!! 👏👏<br>The only regret is that, this restaurant is not any closer to the town we live.<br>Bravo, well done everyone!!! Keep up the brilliant work you are doing, and massive THANK YOU for making us feel in a such way!!! ❤

I have lived in Eastbourne for three years and Pomodoro is always my go to restaurant. The food is always really good, the staff are really friendly and even at their busiest they will always find you a table if there physically is one.<br>When I don't go out to eat at Pomodoro I tend to have them deliver. It's always nice to be recognised and welcomed by a restaurant but probably shows I visit too often!
