The two men that turned up at my address were very polite, explained exact what they were doing. No mess and very speedy work, when the groundwork was completed, it didn’t take long for one of the men to connect me to the new console and check it was working properly, he explained all I needed to know. After returning drinking utensils to me they left. Excellent.

I was stuck in a slow overpriced package with BT/EE, Lightning Fibre sales agent was able to offer me a free period so that I could move over right away. The package is 10X faster than what I had, for a few pounds less per month. Very impressed 👏

Unfortunately, I have to leave lightning fibre because my new location doesn’t have lightning fibre there. I found the customer service, the tech people like Dan and Luke so helpful and patient. I will miss that. The customer service, customer care is the key to this very reliable internet provider. ( ps I am not techy that is why I need help).

Quick easy fit, by a great guy that knew exactly what he was doing. House left clean, even hid the cable outside. On testing the 1Gb, I get around 759Mb both ways, s little short of where it should be, but pretty good! No arguments from me.

I have Been a bt customer for 30 years ,my contract ended and they wouldn't offer me a new deal on better terms than I was paying (£68) a month.so cancelled bt .
Signed up for the lightning fibre 900mb on Wednesday evening .
Thursday morning the engineers where outside sorting the external install.
Booked for the internal install on the Monday,2 guys turned up and completed the install in less than an hour and did a really neat job!
So far the connection has been rock solid ,not dropped once ( unlike bt)
Also because they supply a wifi 6 router it's faster to your mobile device
Very pleased so far,blistering fast speeds and nearly half the price of bt !

Customer service was really helpful, contacting us to check that we knew what to expect during our installation appointment - so polite and kind - and the two men who installed our fibre were also really polite and nice, and they did such a neat and tidy job!
