From the start of speaking to the agent it was plain sailing. The staff on all levels were friendly, efficient and helpful, the engineers who installed lightening fibre were respectful of our property and even vacuumed up afterwards. The speed I get is great and never drops out. I would recommend them to anyone.

Lightening Fibre was installed very quickly and efficiently in my home. When I unplugged my system and couldn’t get it to work again … it was repaired within 30 Min of me phoning them (they were in the area).<br>Always polite and reasonable when I’ve dealt with them. A pleasure to use a local company and I now use them for my business too!

Changed to this provider from another well known organisation and very glad that I did.<br>The installation team were very professional and dealt with any problems that cropped up and treated my home with respect.<br>The resulting network speed was much improved and an added bonus is that it is considerably less expensive than the previous firm.<br>Overall I totally recommend Lightning Fibre

If you need a reasonably priced wifi and with some great speeds then ring lightning fibre. There service has been amazing and if there has been an issue at all, one phone call, a quick chat and everything is sorted out. That's not me saying I've had any problems at all. From me having lightning fibre I've told so many people I know about it how good of a service they give as well have there customer support it's awesome. Give them a bell or jump on there website ASAP if you want to reduce your monthly out goings on wifi.

Had an amazing install experience from two very chatty and experienced engineers. Was kept in the loop the entire time and the mess and mush was kept to an absolute minimum, which is solid.
Not only that, but they also entertained the ramblings of my 2 year old and it was adorable to see the interactions (future install engineer maybe?)
I picked the top 2.5G package and am I getting it. Do I really _need_ all that speed? Strictly no, but Lightning Fibre are providing and I am going to try my hardest to enjoy all my fresh megabits.
