After a bad experience with a bigger provider, I am very happy with the service Lightning Fibre have provided. Communication has been great from the first initial call to join to follow up calls and messages to confirm the engineers were coming. Dom and Ricky came to install this morning, both very friendly and helpful. Left it all neat and tidy and explained all the details to me. Really happy with how quick and efficient everything has been so far!

I love the fact that I can speak to a person rather than just a chat box. I have been with lightning fibre since its start up but I have dropped them a star because they now charge £4 a month for an extender. I have a tiny house in Eastbourne, shouldn’t need one to get a signal on first floor if their fibre was better.
