The office based staff are friendly and polite and most importantly not pushy. The installers were also friendly and polite and installed the equipment where we wanted it rather than where they wanted to put it, unlike the sky fitters last time. I couldn’t be happier with the service, a real breath of fresh air.

The cost is much cheaper than my previous provider. Local firm, so communication was easy. I have no complaints and am pleased with the service provided. The installation was done by Conor and Leon, who were fantastic. Conor consulted with me first about where the wiring should go on the outside of the house. It was all done in a couple of hours and now we're enjoying a super fast connection.

Cable in wrong port. Everything was fine except the engineer plugged the cable from the modem into the wrong port on the router. We were told it would take about an hour before the internet was up so it was a while before we noticed the error.

Dom and Ricky turned up at my new home in Heathfield today to hook up Lightning Fibre’s 2.5 Gbps package, and they absolutely nailed it. The whole install was finished in no time, yet they still took the care to show me exactly how the cables would be routed and walked me through the ONT and the rest of the kit so I know what’s what. Friendly, efficient, and highly professional—thank you both for delivering such outstanding service on behalf of Lightning Fibre!

I was told my IP address wouldn't change, I wasn't given a switch on date when going to the higher speed.
No new contract has arrived, only a phone adapter, no information on number for the phone and I p address change given.

We swapped to Lightning Fibre at the start of 2025, moving away from BT, speed increased from avg 70mbs to 1gb (avg 900mbs) at a cost of about one third of what we had been paying. The change over was quick and painless and even allowed us to run both services in parallel until the Old BT contract finally expired. Since swapping to Lightning Fibre we have had excellent service, no problems, no drop outs at peak times. Very happy with the service.

The guys who put the fibre in were very good they got round the cladding without drilling through it . I had a bit of a problem the next day with putting on a new tablet on the router but a phone call and it was all sorted .they were very helpful even though I am old and not very technically minded. All OK Thanks lightening fibre.

Since going over too Lightning Fibre, the speed of our wi-fi has got at least four times faster.<br>The engineers were quick, efficient, and polite. Had everything fitted and up and running in just a few hours.<br>Would have given them five stars except for the fact that the speed has twice dropped and I have had to re-boot the router, an easy enough job but don't think things like this should happen.
