I had two young men that came out this afternoon to put in my lightning fibre and were very good and very courteous and respectful when entering my home. The young man working in my home always took off his work boots and put protective covers over his feet so no dirt would be brought into my home and at the end when finished was shown what to do with set up. The two young men are named Dom and Ricky and the customer service delivered by these two young men was excellent. Thank you Dom and Ricky for your stellar service . Miss Gausden

Great lads who came to instal the broadband the signal is better that bt ee and cheaper so win win. Was also easy to set up online and wasn’t a big deal like other companies.

Very impressed with installation of Lightning fibre at my property. Two man team arrived at property. They quickly assessed best means how to proceed with installation. One worked outside the other inside. Both worked efficiently and effectively with a minimum of disruption.

My Engineers Georgia and Connor visited our home to install lightening fibre.
They were both so thoughtful and respectful of our home, we were having the entry point in our fully tiled kitchen. The found the best way to keep all the tiles in tact which was very much appreciated. The cable they ran along the wall outside was very neat and considered not just thrown up like the BT cable on my neighbours.

The engineers were very friendly and helpful. The installation took about 2 hours and they offered to vacuum before they left. Download and upload speeds are as advertised. They are very easy to get hold of if you need to and eager to help.. so overall I'm very happy, would highly recommend. Got a month free for using someone else's code. Great stuff!
