Starting from my initial enquiry regards joining Lightning Fibre Broadband the company have been quick and efficient in dealing with me. When an engineer visited us to check on the available wiring, and also installing it , they were very particular in wearing over shoe covers in our Home. The Company kept us well informed throughout the whole procedure

I had my installation done yesterday, and I must say I was very impressed.
Two engineers arrived, worked out the best route into the house from the telephone pole and within one hour and a half, had it up and running.
Nice tidy work without the usual sharp intake of breath normally used in the engineering trade to make the job look more difficult than it is!!
Very polite , and efficient and what is more, the speeds were exactly what I had paid for.

Very satisfied with the whole process, pre-installation checks answered my questions and installation very smooth, checked whole house for reception which was good. Very neat and unobtrusive.

Installation was as planned and carried out in less than two hours. Had one issue the next morning which eventually was quickly resolved within a couple of hours when someone came to rectify it. Communication was very good and I would recommend Lightning Fibre.

We lost our connection due to a broken cable (not lightening fibres fault), Lucas and Fran were a great team and got it fixed within 24 hours with little disruption.

I had already installed ducting inside and out side so the cables could go exactly how and where I wanted them to go.
The 2 guys that did the installation were friendly and happy to answer any questions.

After a break in my fibre outside the house due to my own error I can not fault the response. Lucas and Shaun attended quickly, got on with what needed doing and were very practical about how best to solve the issue. Extremely personable and cheery considering they were having to fix my mistake.
Both a credit to the company, however in the nicest possible way, hopefully I never need to see them again :)

My lightning fibre was installed today by Luke. He called to let me know he was on his way and was friendly and professional. Installation was quick and mess free and he answered all questions I had. Super happy and highly recommend!

Excellent offer to join, speedy installation by two lovely chaps. Made no mess and it worked instantly. Great WIFI speed and saving us 100,s of pounds a year. Easy access to the customer service team, phones answered in less than a minute. Wish all utilities were as good as Lightening Fibre

Your customer service is the best I've ever had, when the Internet stopped working you guys came to my house within 1 day to change the modem and when I had payment problems you guys helped me set up a Direct debit. You've all been great, and now we're on first names. Thank you all

Recently had Internet installed and can't fault my installation, there was a little hiccup but they dealt with it quickly and within the hour and kept me informed all the way, the installation guys were really lovely and the work was done as I,had asked and tidy. Since installation communication has been really good. Also Internet is good, have a couple of weak spots in my house but they are working on sorting that so it's all good.
So far I'm very happy with my experience and services from lightening fibre 😁
