I have Been a bt customer for 30 years ,my contract ended and they wouldn't offer me a new deal on better terms than I was paying (£68) a month.so cancelled bt .
Signed up for the lightning fibre 900mb on Wednesday evening .
Thursday morning the engineers where outside sorting the external install.
Booked for the internal install on the Monday,2 guys turned up and completed the install in less than an hour and did a really neat job!
So far the connection has been rock solid ,not dropped once ( unlike bt)
Also because they supply a wifi 6 router it's faster to your mobile device
Very pleased so far,blistering fast speeds and nearly half the price of bt !

Customer service was really helpful, contacting us to check that we knew what to expect during our installation appointment - so polite and kind - and the two men who installed our fibre were also really polite and nice, and they did such a neat and tidy job! Works great too, can't fault Lightning Fibre or the team!

Nice professional installers. Obviously experienced. Block paving on drive replaced brilliantly.
Only negative point was they didn’t advise me to use wireless password rather than WiFi password to connect devices. I had to ring customer service to find this out.

Had so many problem with plusnet fiber for months ,high packet loss ,switch to lightning fibre,and its been rock soild,great speeds ,price is alot cheaper for same 300mb,just great service all round A+
